Lquid-filled vibration isolator
Provided is a liquid-filled vibration isolator through which durability of an elastic movable body can be improved. In a case that a liquid pressure of liquid passing through a second orifice P2 is exerted to an outer circumference portion 12 of an elastic movable body 10, whole of the outer circumference portion 12 deforms so as to bend. Based on deformation of the outer circumference portion 12, a first valve portion 13 and facing surfaces 81c, 91c mutually contact or separate. Thereby, the communication state and the blocking state of the second orifice P2 are switched. Since it can be restrained that stress is concentrated in a part of the outer circumference portion 12 by wholly bending the outer circumference portion 12, cracks are less likely to occur in the outer circumference portion 12.
MULTI-STAGE DAMPING ASSEMBLY
An assembly for multi-stage damping comprising a damping unit 20 including a decoupler 36 defining an annular zone 70 surrounding a circular zone 68. The annular zone 70 extends inwardly from an outer ring 38 to define a ring shape for flexing with the circular zone 68 in a first mode 72 to maximize the potential volume of displacement between a first chamber 30 and a second chamber 32. Additionally, the assembly provides for flexing the annular zone 70 independently of the circular zone 68 in a second mode 74 to decrease the potential volume of displacement of the decoupler 36 between the first chamber 30 and the second chamber 32. The decoupler 36 includes a plurality of rings 38, 46, 54 extending axially from a first surface 40 and a second surface 42 for defining an axial travel limit for the annular zone 70.
Orifice member placing table, orifice member placing method, and liquid-sealed vibration-proof mount manufacturing method
A placing table includes a measuring-unit that measures a vertical position of an orifice member placed on the placing table, a position-regulating-portion that engages with a part of the orifice member of a type corresponding to the table, and an orifice-member-determination-unit that determines a placed state and type of the orifice member based on a measurement result obtained by the measuring-unit. When the corresponding type of the orifice member is placed in a correct posture, the position-regulating-portion engages with the orifice member and seats the orifice member on the table over the entire circumference of the lower end portion thereof. When a different type of orifice member is placed or when the corresponding type of orifice member is placed in an incorrect posture, the position-regulating-portion does not engage with the orifice member and lifts at least a part of the orifice member from the table.
Vibration-damping device
A vibration-damping device (10) of the invention includes a tubular first attachment member (11) and a second attachment member (12); an elastic body (13); a partitioning member (17) that forms a main liquid chamber (14), a first auxiliary liquid chamber (15), and a second auxiliary liquid chamber (16); a first diaphragm (18) that constitutes a portion of the wall surface of the first auxiliary liquid chamber (15); and a second diaphragm (19) that constitutes a portion of the wall surface of the second auxiliary liquid chamber (16) and that has a smaller deformation resistance than the deformation resistance of the first diaphragm (18). The partitioning member (17) is provided with an idle orifice (31) that allows the main liquid chamber (14) and the first auxiliary liquid chamber (15) to communicate with each other and that produces resonance with respect to the input of an idle vibration, and a shake orifice (32) that allows the main liquid chamber (14) and the second auxiliary liquid chamber (16) to communicate with each other and that produces resonance with respect to the input of a shake vibration. An adjustment chamber (24) having an interior capable of being decompressed or compressed with respect to standard pressure or being open so as to be capable of being blocked with respect to the outside, is provided adjacent to the second auxiliary liquid chamber (16) with the second diaphragm (19) interposed therebetween. By including the configuration as described above, damping characteristics against vibrations are exhibited over a wide range of frequencies.
CHAMBER DEVICE FOR LIQUID COMPOSITE SPRING
A chamber device for a liquid composite spring, includes: an outer wall; an upper liquid chamber formed in an upper portion of the outer wall, the upper liquid chamber being filled with liquid; and a lower liquid chamber formed in a lower portion of the outer wall, the lower liquid chamber being filled with liquid and in communication with the upper liquid chamber. A bottom of the outer wall is provided with a sealing member for sealing the lower liquid chamber. The sealing member is deformable, so that the lower liquid chamber is formed as a flexible chamber. The chamber device for the liquid composite spring has a rigid outer wall and a flexible sealing member. The volume and shape of the lower liquid chamber can be changed through the flexible sealing member, so that the lower liquid chamber is formed as a flexible chamber.
Hydraulic mount
A hydromount for mounting a motor vehicle unit is disclosed. The hydromount includes a supporting spring supporting a mount core and surrounding a working chamber, and a compensation chamber separated from the working chamber by a dividing wall and delimited by a compensation diaphragm. In embodiments, the compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a liquid and are connected by a damping duct incorporated into the dividing wall. In an embodiment, the dividing wall has two dividing plates between which a diaphragm is accommodated in a manner capable of oscillating. In an embodiment, the diaphragm and the dividing wall delimit an air chamber connected to the environment via an opening in the dividing wall, and the opening can be unblocked and closed by a switchable non-return device having a pressure-actuatable non-return valve with an opening pressure set to or having an oscillation amplitude of the diaphragm.
