VIBRATION-PROOF BUSH
A vibration-proof bush capable of suppressing incomplete fitting of an upper bush and a lower bush. The vibration-proof bush includes an upper bush configured to be mounted on a vehicle body side and a lower bush configured to be fitted to the upper bush are provided, wherein the vibration-proof bush includes interference portions configured to interfere with each other in a process of fitting the lower bush to the upper bush, and the interference portions form a fitting-sound generation structure in which a sound is generated, when the lower bush is fitted to the upper bush during temporary assembling.
VIBRATION ISOLATOR AND OUTDOOR UNIT FOR AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
Provided is a vibration isolator in which simplification of detachment work of a fixing component attached to a vibration isolating component enables the natural frequency of the entire support structure for a vibration source to be easily changed.
A vibration isolator includes a vibration isolating component including a rubber, which is an elastic body, the vibration isolating component supporting, in a housing having a slit, a support portion of a compressor as a vibration source that includes a motor and that is provided on a bottom plate of the housing; and a fixing component provided to pass through the slit and detachable from an outside of the housing, the vibration isolating component being fixed, in the housing, with the fixing component such that the fixing component is in contact with part of a periphery of a narrow portion of the vibration isolating component.
Stabilizer bar bushing
A cantilever bushing assembly anchors the central torsional section of a vehicular stabilizer bar in a cantilevered manner relative to a vehicle understructure. The bushing assembly comprises a bracket having a pocket centered on a pocket axis that coincides with a longitudinal axis of the stabilizer bar. Two plastic outer cans are cooperatively slidable into the pocket. Each outer can has an anti-rotation lobe received in respective keyways formed in the pocket. A rubber buffer is bonded to each outer can. Each rubber buffer has a frusto-cylindrical inner bearing surface that forms an arcuate portion of an interior bushing diameter. The inner bearing surface is post-vulcanization bonded to the central torsional section of the stabilizer bar. An arched rate plate is embedded within each rubber buffer. The rubber buffers compress in the area of the inner bearing surfaces and constrict about the central torsional section of the stabilizer bar.
Shock Absorber Assembly of a Suspension System of a Vehicle and Suspension System
Suspension system of a vehicle and a shock absorber assembly of the suspension system, the shock absorber assembly includes a top mount and a jounce bumper. The jounce bumper includes a main body made of an elastic material, such as a foam elastomer or rubber and a fixing element made of a second harder material. The fixing element has a wall portion that extends around the outermost upper part of the main body and at least one elastic retaining area cooperating with a respective protuberance arranged in the top mount to fix the jounce bumper to the top mount. Between the outermost upper part of the main body and the fixing element there is a gap that enables the main body to expand radially also in the area covered by the wall portion of the fixing element when the main body is compressed during use.
Air suspension strut having an elastic damper bearing fastening
An air suspension strut for a motor vehicle comprises an air spring having an air spring cover and a rolling piston. A shock damper is integrated with the air spring and has a damper tube and a piston rod receivable within the damper tube. A rolling bellows is secured between the spring cover and the rolling piston thereby delimiting a variable volume pressure chamber filled with compressed air. The rolling bellows rolls on the rolling piston with a rolling fold being formed. A damper bearing is accommodated in a bearing socket of the air spring cover and connected to the piston rod. The damper bearing comprises a supporting piece, an elastomer body, and a sleeve. A closure element inserted in the bearing socket above the damper bearing. An elastic element arranged between the sleeve and the closure element.
CULTURE DEVICE
A culture apparatus includes an inner box for housing a culture, an outer box surrounding the inner box, and a first vibration prevention mechanism that is disposed between the inner box and the outer box, and is configured to prevent the inner box from vibrating due to the vibration of the outer box.
SYSTEMS FOR DAMPING A SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC ARRAY TRACKER
A solar tracker system includes a support tube, a solar panel assembly connected to the support tube, and an active lock connected to the support tube. The active lock includes a housing defining a chamber and a seal. The seal prevents a flow of fluid through the chamber when the active lock is in a sealed state and allows the flow of fluid through the chamber when the active lock is in an unsealed state. The active lock further includes a locking system motor connected to the seal to transition the active lock between the sealed state and the unsealed state, a battery providing power to the locking system motor, and an antenna for receiving instructions controlling the locking system motor.
SUSPENSION FOR VEHICLE
A suspension for a vehicle may include: a center leaf spring; side leaf springs respectively installed on opposing sides of the center leaf spring; and mounting brackets configured to connect the center leaf spring and the side leaf springs, respectively, and to support the center leaf spring to be movable in a longitudinal direction.
Barrier with cable system
A protective barrier includes a first end piece including a first opening and a first anchoring member for securing the first end piece to a surface, a second end piece including a second opening and a second anchoring member for securing the second end piece to the surface, a rail extending between the first end piece and the second end piece, the rail having a first end disposed in the first opening of the first end piece and a second end disposed in the second opening of the second end piece, and a cable system including a first fastener coupled to the first anchoring member, a second fastener coupled to the second anchoring member, and a cable having a first end attached to the first fastener and a second attached to the second fastener, the cable extending from the first fastener, through the first opening, through the rail, through the second opening, and to the second fastener.
Locking isolator and method of isolating a system
A locking isolator includes one or more joints. The one or more joints are configured to transition between a clearance fit state and an interference fit state in response to a change in temperature. The locking isolator includes a dampener. The dampener is configured to attenuate transmission of vibration through the one or more joints when the one or more joints are in the clearance fit state.
