BEVEL GEAR BOX FOR STEERING DRIVE LINE
The invention relates to a bevel gear box for use as part of the steering mechanism of a commercial vehicle. The invention may be suited to use where the controlled axles of the vehicle are located below the passenger compartment. The bevel gear box may comprise box housing, which in turn houses two separate bevel gear barrel assemblies. The exemplified bevel gear barrel assemblies each comprise a bevel gear, the bevel gear further comprising a gear head incorporating teeth and a gear shaft—4. Shaft housing surrounds a circumference of gear shaft 4. To enable the bevel gear to rotate within the shaft housing, bearings may be placed between surfaces of the bevel gear and the shaft housing. The face of the gear head may comprise a gear head recess for location of a center dowel therein.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND ENGAGEMENT ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR GEAR MECHANISM
A power transmission device according to one aspect of the disclosure includes a first gear, a base member, a second gear, a support block, a position adjusting unit, and a fixing unit. The base member rotatably supports the first gear. The second gear engages with the first gear so as to be able to transmit power. The support block rotatably supports the second gear. The position adjusting unit adjusts relative positions of the support block and the base member in a direction in which an engagement depth between the second gear and the first gear varies. The fixing unit fixes the relative positions of the support block and the base member.
STEERING DEVICE
A steering device includes a steering shaft, a rotation member to which rotation of the steering shaft is transmitted, an elastic member that is elastically deformed when the rotation member rotates, and a reduction device located between the steering shaft and the rotation member. The reduction device reduces rotation of the steering shaft in speed and transmits the rotation to the rotation member.

Gear motor
A gear motor includes an electric motor, a high ratio hypoid ring and pinion coupled to the motor, and one set of spur gears to couple to and work with the spiroid gear set to transfer power to an output shaft.

GEAR ASSEMBLY FOR A GEARED MOTOR OF AN ELECTRICALLY OPERABLE BRAKE, GEARED MOTOR, PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM, AND SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM
The gear assembly can be operatively connected on the input side to a drive machine and on the output side preferably to an actuating element of the electrically operable brake and comprises at least one gear stage. The at least one gear stage comprises at least two intermeshing gear wheels, of which at least one gear wheel is rotatably mounted on an axle element by engagement of the axle element in a receptacle of the at least one gear wheel. The receptacle and the axle element have mutually corresponding peripheral surfaces, of which, in the axial direction, at least one peripheral surface has an outwardly curved contour and the other peripheral surface has a contour designed such that the peripheral surfaces roll against one another on the contours in order to bring the at least one gear wheel and the axle element into an oblique position relative to one another.
SPUR GEAR TRANSMISSION
The present invention relates to a spur gear transmission (25.sub.1), comprising a transmission housing (12), an output gear (14) rotatably mounted in the transmission housing (12) about a first axis of rotation (16), a drive gear (18) that is rotatably mounted in the transmission housing (12) about a second axis of rotation (20), wherein the first axis of rotation (16) and the second axis of rotation (20) run parallel to each other and spaced apart by a fixed center distance (A), and an idler gear (22), which meshes with the output gear (14) and the drive gear (18) and is rotatably mounted in a carrier part (26) about a third axis of rotation (24), wherein the third axis of rotation (24) runs parallel to the first axis of rotation (16) and to the second axis of rotation (20) and
the carrier part (26) can be placed in a receptacle (37) of the transmission housing (12) and is designed in such a way that the third axis of rotation (24) can be moved perpendicular to the first axis of rotation (16) and/or to the second axis of rotation (20) in order to compensate for differences in diameter of the output gear (14), the drive gear (18) and the idler gear (22).
