Harmonic pin ring gearing
A harmonic ring gear system can include at least one inner gear with external toothing, the at least one inner gear defining an axis of rotation; at least one outer gear with internal toothing arranged concentrically to the at least one inner gear about the axis of rotation, the internal toothing spaced apart from the external toothing; a pin ring positioned between the at least one inner gear and the at least one outer gear, the pin ring comprising a multiplicity of pins; and a rotary transmitter configured to lift a portion of the pins of the multiplicity of pins off the external toothing and press the portion of the pins into the internal toothing.
Transmission mechanism
The present invention provides a transmission mechanism which is suited to miniaturization and can reduce motion transmission errors. This transmission mechanism includes: a cam; a plurality of pins arrayed along a side surface of the cam; guide plates provided with a plurality of guide holes; and a pair of gears disposed so as to sandwich the cam. Each pin contacts only one of the pair of gears, and is guided to the corresponding guide hole in conjunction with the rotation of the cam and moves along the cam and the corresponding gear, thereby causing the guide plates or the pair of gears to rotate with respect to the cam.
COMPACT BELTED STRAIN WAVE GEAR APPARATUS AND A VEHICLE LIFTING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE COMPACT BELTED STRAIN WAVE GEAR APPARATUS
A wave gear apparatus comprises a spline having top, bottom, exterior, and interior surfaces. A plurality of spline teeth extend from the interior surface toward a center axis. A wave generator is rotatably disposed in the spline. A belt assembly extends about the wave generator and includes a plurality of belt teeth extending radially outwardly, whereby a total number of the belt teeth is less than a total number of the spline teeth. An output member defines a recess receiving the wave generator and the belt whereby, in response to a rotational movement from the wave generator, the output member rotates in a direction same or opposite of the wave generator. A bearing assembly is disposed between the wave generator and the belt assembly and includes a plurality of needles each extending parallel to the center axis. A vehicle lifting system including the wave gear apparatus is also disclosed herein.
