SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSMISSION WITH CREEPER MODE SELECTION
A mechanical creeper mode selection system for a transmission of a work vehicle is provided, in which the transmission includes one or more range modes having one or more range mode shift mechanisms each driven by an electrohydraulic circuit. The system includes a creeper mode selection lever movable by an operator to select a creeper gear range. The system also includes a sensor that observes a position of the creeper mode selection lever and generates sensor signals based thereon. The system includes a controller that processes the sensor data to determine a movement of the creeper mode selection lever and outputs one or more control signals to the electrohydraulic circuit to position the one or more range mode shift mechanisms in a range neutral mode based on the movement of the creeper mode selection lever.

The transmission also includes an auxiliary shaft arranged within the transmission housing and offset between the input shaft and the output shaft unit. The input shaft and the auxiliary shaft are connected to one another via a front-mounted range unit, and the auxiliary shaft and the output shaft unit are connected to one another via a rear-mounted range unit. Each range unit includes at least two individual gear wheel pairs which are coupled or decoupled. The output shaft unit includes a main output shaft and an auxiliary output shaft coupled to one another via a reduction gear unit.
GEAR MULTIPLYING APPARATUS
There is provided a gearbox apparatus in which the number of gears selectable by a user to drive a drive shaft is greater than the number of gears physically connected to the drive shaft of the gearbox. This apparatus can be controlled remotely by a wireless signal emitting or receiving electronic device, which includes a smart phone, desktop computer, a signal tower, and the like
Work vehicle transmission and work vehicle having the same
A work vehicle transmission includes a first transmission mechanism that changes input motive power to any one of multiple speeds, and a second transmission mechanism that changes the motive power changed by the first transmission mechanism to any one of multiple speeds, the number of speeds of the second transmission mechanism being smaller than that of the first transmission mechanism. Multiple speed change multi-disc clutches of the first transmission mechanism are arranged parallel with multiple deceleration multi-disc clutches of the second transmission mechanism so as to be adjacent in the diameter direction thereof.
Configuration of gearshift variants
A method is provided for configuring different numbers of gearshift variants in a stepped powershift transmission for an agricultural working machine. The method includes providing a transmission unit, a front-mounted range unit, a gear reduction unit, a rear-mounted range unit, a housing, a drive shaft, a lay shaft, an output shaft, and a hydraulic control arrangement. The same transmission unit is used for all the numbers of gearshift variants while an identical spatial orientation of the shafts is maintained for all the numbers of gearshift variants. The method further includes adapting exclusively the gearshift variants by varying the front-mounted range unit or the rear-mounted range unit.
POWERSHIFT TRANSMISSION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A powershift transmission of a motor vehicle has a split group with a plurality of powershift stages. An input shaft can be rotatably driven by a drive shaft of a motorized drive and transmits rotational movement in a stepped-up manner to an output shaft of the split group corresponding to one of several powershiftable stage transmissions. The powershiftable stage transmissions can be rotatably driven in a stepped-up manner by the output shaft of the split group via an intermediate group located therebetween, and via an input shaft of a synchromesh transmission group having a plurality of gear stages. A vehicle axle transmission can be rotatably driven by the output shaft of the synchromesh transmission group. The intermediate group has a multiple powershift intermediate transmission, in which each switching position the input shaft of the synchromesh transmission group can be rotatably driven by means of an associated transmission.
Power take-off shaft system and agricultural vehicle
A power take-off shaft system includes an output shaft with a socket for a power take-off shaft stub located at one end of the output shaft. A control valve is arranged in the output shaft and includes a valve bore extending axially from the socket into the output shaft. A first piston is adjustably arranged inside the valve bore in the output shaft, and a shifting element is adjustably controlled by the first piston. A first gearwheel and a second gearwheel are disposed in engagement with the output shaft via the shifting element such that the first piston moves between a first position and a second position. The control valve includes a second piston arranged on the first piston, and the second piston is adjustable such that movement of the first piston into the second position is blocked by the second piston.
Hybrid vehicle
A hybrid vehicle includes: an engine including a crankshaft; an electric motor including a motor drive shaft; a power transmission shaft to which a total of drive power from the engine and drive power from the electric motor is transmitted; and a switching dog clutch located on a power transmission route from the crankshaft to the power transmission shaft, the switching dog clutch including a switching dog structure slidable to cut off the power transmission route.
AUTOMATED MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION FOR A VEHICLE
An automated mechanical transmission for a vehicle includes a main gearbox assembly comprising a main shaft and being adapted to be shiftable between at least one engaged state and a neutral state; a split gearbox assembly comprising an input shaft and being adapted to be shiftable between a first engaged state, a second engaged state and a neutral state; a countershaft; a crawler gearbox assembly comprising a crawler gear engagement member which is adapted to selectively engage and disengage a crawler gear defining a torque path from the input shaft to the main gearbox assembly via the countershaft; a gearbox brake; and transmission control unit. The transmission is configured to be settable in an AMT neutral state defined by the main gearbox assembly being in the neutral state. When the transmission control unit obtains a request to engage the crawler gear from the AMT neutral state, the transmission control unit is configured to apply the gearbox brake so that a rotational speed of the countershaft is reduced to a first predetermined rotational speed which is higher than a zero rotational speed; and when the first predetermined rotational speed is reached, release the gearbox brake, set the split gearbox assembly to the neutral state and engage the crawler gear by the crawler gear engagement member.
