Work vehicle
Provided is a wheel loader in which the speed position of the transmission can be easily changed with a small number of switches. The wheel loader 1 includes a tilting angle sensor 9 for detecting the tilting angle of the vehicle body. In case that the vehicle body is traveling on an uphill or a downhill with a transmission 33 in a higher speed position than the lowest speed position, and the tilting angle detected by the tilting angle sensor 9 is not smaller than a prescribed threshold value, a transmission control device 45 sends the transmission 33 a command to downshift the transmission 33 one speed position by each operation of a shiftdown switch 62.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL INTERFACE WITH TACTILE MANUAL GEAR SELECTION
An automatic transmission control interface provides optional modes to operate gear selection via a tactile manual shift selector. The interface provides a dial selector able to select park, reverse, neutral, drive, and manual modes of the automatic transmission of the vehicle. When the dial selector is set to manual mode, a user may manually select a forward gear ratio using a tactile manual shifter mechanism having a traditional gateway mimicking that of a fully manual vehicle. However, unlike a fully manual shifter, no clutch operation is required, and no manual linkage exists between the shifter and the transmission. Instead, the shifter gateway has electronic switches engagable by the shifter which each correspond to a forward gear ratio. Engaging a switch causes a control unit to send a signal to the automatic transmission and engage a corresponding forward gear.
Systems and methods for programming a gear shift sequence for a custom shift mode of an automatic transmission
Control systems and methods for a vehicle automatic transmission utilize a driver interface configured to receive input from a driver of the vehicle relating to a custom shift mode of the automatic transmission and a controller configured to monitor a driving history of the vehicle and, based on the driving history, determine a reduced shift sequence for the transmission to utilize during the custom shift mode, the reduced shift sequence specifying a subset of available forward gears of the transmission to utilize during the custom shift mode, the subset of gears being less than a total number of available forward gears of the transmission, such that one or more available forward gears are skipped in the reduced shift sequence, initiate the custom shift mode for the transmission, and during the custom shift mode, control shifting of the transmission according to the reduced shift sequence.

Regeneration control device of electrically driven vehicle
A regeneration control device of an electrically driven vehicle configured to control regeneration operation in which rotational energy of wheels is converted and regenerated into electric energy by a rotary electric motor, includes: a regeneration level selecting unit manually operated to select a regeneration level in the regeneration operation; a regeneration level setting unit changing the regeneration level to a stage in accordance with the operation on the regeneration level selecting unit; and a regeneration executing unit executing the regeneration operation in accordance with the stage of the regeneration level changed by the regeneration level setting unit. When a specific operation is performed on the regeneration level selecting unit, the regeneration level setting unit changes the regeneration level to a highest stage in one of an up direction and a down direction.
