Multi-stage power-shift transmission

A power shiftable multi-stage transmission of a planetary design and disposed between an input drive shaft and an output shaft for a vehicle. The multi-stage transmission has two parallel shaft trains, six shift elements, at least two spur gear stages and three planetary gear sets. Each of the planetary gear sets has a sun gear, a ring gear and a planet carrier combined in a carrier having multiple planetary gears. The two shaft trains may be connected to one another via the at least two spur gear stages. Different transmission ratios, between the input drive shaft and the output shaft, may be achieved by selective engagement of the six shift elements such that a plurality of forward gears, at least nine forward gears, and at least one reverse gear, may be implemented.

A hybrid transmission device (3) includes at least one electric motor (EM1, EM2), a first transmission input shaft (7), and a second transmission input shaft (9) mounted on the first transmission input shaft (7). A connecting clutch (K3) is configured for a selective rotationally fixed connection of the first transmission input shaft (7) and the second transmission input shaft (9). The second transmission input shaft (9) includes an end (11) pointing toward the outer side of the hybrid transmission device (3) and an end (13) pointing toward the inner side of the hybrid transmission device (3). The connecting clutch (K3) is arranged at the end (13) of the second transmission input shaft (9) pointing toward the inner side of the hybrid transmission device (3).

Automatic transmission

An automatic transmission includes: a frictional engagement element including first and second annular friction plates; a pressing member moving in the axial direction relative to the transmission case and press the frictional engagement element in the axial direction; and a lubricating oil. Further, the transmission case includes a contact portion on the inner wall so that the contact portion is separated from a back surface of the pressing member when the frictional engagement element is in an engagement state and comes into contact with the back surface of the pressing member when the frictional engagement element is in a disengagement state.

A dual-clutch transmission may include: a first input shaft and a second input shaft mounted concentrically to the first input shaft; a first clutch mounted to the first input shaft to selectively transmit power to the first input shaft; a second clutch mounted to the second input shaft to selectively transmit power to the second input shaft; a first output shaft and a second output shaft mounted in parallel with the first input shaft and the second input shaft; an input shaft connection device provided to switch a power transmitting and a blocking state between the first input shaft and the second input shaft by use of a selection output shaft; a plurality of drive gears mounted on the first input shaft and the second input shaft; and a plurality of driven gears mounted on the first output shaft and the second output shaft engaged with the plurality of drive gears to form each shifting stage.

Multi-speed gearbox for an electrically drivable vehicle, and vehicle having such a multi-speed gearbox

A multi-speed gearbox for a vehicle has fewer than 4 shiftable gears and has a gearbox input shaft, a gearbox output shaft, a gearbox housing and a planetary gearbox. The planetary gearbox has a planetary gearbox gear set, which has the following planetary gearbox elements: a sun gear, a first ring gear, and a second ring gear, at least one first planetary gear, which is engaged with both the sun gear and the first ring gear, at least one second planetary gear, which is engaged with the second ring gear, and with a planetary gear carrier, on which the at least one first planetary gear is rotatably mounted. The planetary gearbox gear set has multiple shift elements, which are designed to selectively connect one of the planetary gearbox elements to a further one of the planetary gearbox elements or to the gearbox housing for conjoint rotation and therefore to provide different gears. The at least one second planetary gear is mounted rotatably on the planetary gear carrier and is engaged with the first planetary gear, and the second ring gear can be selectively connected by way of a first of the shift elements to the gearbox housing for conjoint rotation, and the sun gear can be selectively connected by way of a second of the shift elements to the gearbox housing for conjoint rotation.

A double clutch transmission (DCT) may include a first input shaft and a second input shaft disposed to or not to receive power from the same power source, respectively; a first output shaft and a second output shaft each disposed in parallel with the first input shaft; a first drive gear disposed on and rotated with the first input shaft; a second drive gear disposed on and rotated with the second input shaft; a first driven gear engaged with the first drive gear and rotatably disposed on a selection output shaft which is one of the first output shaft and the second output shaft; a second driven gear engaged with the second drive gear and rotatably disposed on the selection output shaft; and a sleeve synchronizer selectively connecting between the first driven gear and the second driven gear.

A hybrid drivetrain for a hybrid-drive vehicle, having a transmission, which can be shifted by shifting elements into different transmission steps, and which is connectable with respect to drive via an internal combustion engine shaft to an internal combustion engine, via an electric machine shaft to an electric machine, and via an output shaft to at least one vehicle axis. The internal combustion engine shaft and a pinion shaft, which can be connected with respect to drive to the output shaft, are connectable via spur gearwheel sets, which can be shifted by means of shifting elements and which each form gear planes, of which at least one hybrid gear plane is additionally connectable to the electric machine shaft. A further gear plane, which is free of attachments with respect to the electric machine shaft, directly adjoins the hybrid gear plane.

Compact motor vehicle transmission

A motor vehicle transmission includes: a transmission input shaft and a transmission output shaft having a transmission housing; three planetary gear sets, each of which includes the transmission elements of a sun pinion, ring gear and planet carrier for rotatably receiving at least one planet gear and which are provided with a plurality of torque transmission devices for changing a transmission ratio between the transmission input shaft and the transmission output shaft; and two spur gear stages, each having a first spur gear, which is arranged concentrically with respect to the transmission input shaft and a second spur gear, which is arranged concentrically with respect to the transmission output shaft. The second and third planetary gear sets are connected to each other by a first coupling and a second coupling. For the first coupling, one of the transmission elements of the second planetary gear set is connected to the same transmission element of the third planetary gear set. For the second coupling, a further one of the transmission elements of the second planetary gear set is connected to a further one of the transmission elements of the third planetary gear set.

Transaxle device

A transaxle device (1) for a hybrid vehicle including an engine (2), a first rotating electric machine (3), and a second rotating electric machine (4) individually transmit the power of the engine (2) and power of the first rotating electric machine (3) to an output shaft (12) on a drive wheel side and also transmits the power of the engine (2) to the second rotating electric machine (4). Further, the transaxle device (1) includes an input shaft (11) which is coaxially connected to a rotating shaft (2a) of the engine (2) and a switching mechanism (20A) which is interposed in at least the input shaft (11) and switches a high gear stage (11H, 15H) and a low gear stage (11L, 15L).

A transaxle and a two-speed drive module thereof. The two-speed drive module comprises an input shaft, an output shaft, and gear sets used for transmitting power between the input shaft and the output shaft. The gear sets comprise: a two-speed gear set having two groups of shift gear pairs that have different speed ratios, the shift gear pairs being capable of transmittingly connecting to or disconnecting from the input shaft so as to output the rotational speed of the input shaft at different speed ratios; a planetary gear set having an output end thereof being transmittingly connected to the output shaft; and a connecting gear set by which the two-speed gear set is transmittingly connected to the planetary gear set. The two-speed drive module can implement a reduction in the radial dimension, and can reduce the ground clearance of a transaxle.
