Methods and systems are provided for a multi-speed transmission. The multi-speed transmission includes a housing, an electric motor with a stator and a rotor positioned within the housing, and a planetary assembly positioned on a first axial side of the electric motor. The transmission further includes a first and second clutch unit spaced away from one another, each including a synchronizer, and designed to selectively rotationally couple to the rotor and to rotationally couple the rotor to different gears in the planetary assembly and where the electric motor and planetary assembly are coaxially arranged.
WORK VEHICLE MULTI-SPEED DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH GUIDED DOG CLUTCH
A drive assembly for a work vehicle includes a drive housing, a drive shaft rotatable about a drive axis, an inner hub rotationally fixed to the drive shaft, and a planetary gear set coupled to the drive shaft and configured to selectively rotate an output element. The drive assembly also includes a clutch arrangement having a clutch ring configured to selectively engage the planetary gear set. The clutch arrangement further includes a guide assembly mounted on the clutch ring and configured to selectively interact with the planetary gear set to effect disengagement of the clutch ring from the planetary gear set. A clutch actuation assembly is configured to effect movement of the clutch arrangement along the drive axis to engage the planetary gear set, and a guide actuation assembly is configured to operate the guide assembly to interact with the planetary gear set.

A powertrain apparatus includes a motor connected to an input shaft, a first planetary gear train, which is disposed to be coaxial with the motor and which includes a first rotation element, a second rotation element, and a third rotation element, a second planetary gear train, which is disposed to be coaxial with the first planetary gear train and which includes a fourth rotation element, a fifth rotation element, a sixth rotation element, and a step pinion, and a differential gear, which is disposed to be coaxial with the second planetary gear train.

A drive axle of an electric vehicle has first and a second drive wheels (R1, R2) with wheel axles (a1, a2), a first electric machine (EM1) and a second electric machine (EM2) with a common rotation axis (m), a transmission (G3) with a transmission input shaft (EW) and a transmission output shaft (AW), and an axle differential (DI) with a differential input (DIK) and two differential output shafts (3a, 3b). The first electric machine (EM1) is connected to the transmission input shaft (EW) and the transmission output shaft (AW) is connected to the differential input (DIK). The second electric machine (EM2) can be connected as an additional drive when necessary.
TRANSMISSION, DRIVE TRAIN AND VEHICLE HAVING A TRANSMISSION
A transmission may include an input shaft, a first output shaft, a second output shaft, a first planetary gearset, and a second planetary gearset connected to the first planetary gearset. The input shaft, the first and second output shafts, and the planetary gearsets may be arranged such that a torque input via the input shaft is converted and distributed in a defined ratio to the two output shafts, and the formation of a combined torque is prevented. At least one element of the first planetary gearset may be connected to at least one element of the second planetary gearset with a shaft for conjoint rotation, and at least one element of the second planetary gearset may be fixed in place on a non-rotating component. A connector may be arranged and configured to passively, and therefore without a control unit and without an actuator, connect the first output shaft and second output shaft.
POWER TRANSMISSION UNIT
A power transmission unit in which an oil pump is arranged without extending a shaft length. In the power transmission unit, an input shaft, a first rotary machine, a differential mechanism, and an output shaft are arranged coaxially. The power transmission unit comprise: a first clutch that engages a first movable member connected to an input element of the differential mechanism with a first engagement section formed on another rotary element; a second clutch that engages a second movable member connected to the output element of the differential mechanism with a second engagement section formed on another rotary element; a drive gear mounted on the input element; a driven gear meshed with the drive gear; and an oil pump connected to the driven gear.

A power transmission apparatus of a hybrid electric vehicle includes an input shaft configured of receiving an engine torque, a motor shaft configured of receiving a torque of a motor/generator, first and second planetary gear sets respectively having first to third rotation elements and fourth to sixth rotation elements, a first shaft connected to the first rotation element and selectively connectable to each of the input shaft and the motor shaft, a second shaft fixedly connecting the second and fifth rotation elements, and selectively connectable to the input shaft, the motor shaft, and a transmission housing, respectively, a third shaft fixedly connecting the third and fourth rotation elements and selectively connectable to the transmission housing, a fourth shaft fixedly connecting the sixth rotation element and an output gear, and a plurality of engagement elements including at least one clutch and at least one brake.

A powertrain apparatus for an electric vehicle may include a motor connected to an input shaft, a planetary gear train, which is disposed to be coaxial with the motor and which includes a first rotation element, a second rotation element and a third rotation element, at least one of which is configured to receive power from the input shaft, a differential gear disposed to be coaxial with the motor and the planetary gear train, a first gear set connected to one rotation element of the planetary gear train, and a second gear set configured to receive power from the first gear set and transmit the power to the differential gear.
ELECTRIC DRIVE DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An electric drive device for a motor vehicle has a housing, a first planetary gearset arranged in the housing and which has a first sun gear as first elements, a first planetary support, and a first gear ring. A second planetary gearset is arranged in the housing and has a second sun gear that is coupled or can be coupled non-rotationally to the first gear ring as second elements and a second planetary support and a second gear ring. The device has an electric motor, which has a stator and a rotor, an input shaft that can be driven by the rotor and is permanently non-rotationally connected to the first sun gear, an output shaft, having a differential transmission, a lateral shaft and having a first switching element, which is provided to connect the first sun gear non-rotationally to the housing. The rotor, the first planetary gearset, the second planetary gearset, and the differential transmission are arranged coaxially to one another. The lateral shaft is arranged between the differential transmission and a wheel of the motor vehicle and penetrates the rotor.

A transmission (G) for a motor vehicle includes an electric machine (EM1), a first input shaft (GW1), a second input shaft (GW2), an output shaft (GWA), two planetary gear sets (P1, P2, P3), and at least five shift elements (A, B, C, D, E). Different gears are implementable by selectively actuating the at least five shift elements (A, B, C, D, E) and, in addition, in interaction with the electric machine (EM1), different operating modes are implementable.
