A spring-elastic spring arrangement has an initial position at a predetermined pretensioning and is axially in contact with the first and second stop surface. A second sub-assembly is mounted axially displaceable relative to the first sub-assembly and is configured to lift the spring arrangement away from the first stop surface or from the second stop surface in the case of an axial movement relative to the first sub-assembly.
PLANETARY ROLLER SCREW
The disclosure relates to a planetary roller screw having: a nut arranged on a threaded spindle and divided crosswise to a spindle axis into two nut parts; planetary rollers arranged between the threaded spindle and the nut distributed over the circumference, the planetary rollers intermeshing with the nut parts and with the threaded spindled; a rotatingly driven planetary roller carrier arranged on the threaded spindle, in pockets of which, arranged distributed over the circumference, the planetary rollers are mounted, held at a distance in the circumferential direction, so as to be rotatable about the planetary roller axis; and a housing in which the planetary roller carrier is rotatably mounted. A pre-loading device is provided in order to adjust an axial pre-load between the housing and the planetary rollers.
Actuator lower attachment
A screw actuator having a screw shaft and a nut arrangement is described herein, the nut arrangement comprising: a primary nut; a first secondary nut having a first thread; a second secondary nut having a second thread; and a first attachment means. The first nut, first secondary nut, and second secondary nut are connected to the first attachment means with a first, initial, axial spacing between the first and second secondary nuts. The first secondary nut is mounted to the first attachment means via bearings that allow the first secondary nut to rotate relative to the first attachment. The first secondary nut is connected to the second secondary nut via a screw thread connection having a pitch lower than a pitch of a screw thread of the screw actuator shaft.
Mechanical spring actuator
A linear actuator comprising a housing with first and second ends, and defining a central cavity extending axially therethrough; a tube having first and second portions, the first portion arranged to slide within the central cavity of the housing, and the second portion extending outwardly from the second end of the housing; a first elongated rotatable screw positioned axially within the central cavity and coaxial with the tube; a first nut mounted about the first elongated rotatable screw and configured to move axially as the first elongated rotatable screw rotates; a second elongated rotatable screw positioned axially within the central cavity; a second nut mounted about the second elongated rotatable screw and configured to move axially within the central cavity as the second elongated rotatable screw rotates; and a spring positioned around the second elongated rotatable screw between the second nut and the second end of the housing.
MULTI RET ACTUATOR HAVING A RELAY CONFIGURATION WITH POSITIONING AND DRIVING MOTORS
An actuator assembly for adjusting attributes of an antenna array. The actuator assembly provides a multi-RET actuator including a plurality of linear actuators, each including an actuator spur gear, a carriage assembly with an actuator drive motor mounted on a car and a nut attached to the car. A positioning motor is coupled to a lead screw and the nut is threaded onto the lead screw. The car travels on a guide so that the positioning motor and lead screw may be operated to bring the carriage assembly into engagement with a desired one of the linear actuators.
Actuator For Providing Relative Motion Between Two Points
An actuator is suitable for providing linear motion between two points, and may be used, for example, in motorized positioning of an automobile steering column. The actuator includes a threaded spindle connected to a drive motor via a gear set, a first connection interface mounted on the spindle and engaged with the spindle thread, and a second connection interface mounted on the spindle and engaged with the spindle thread. The second connection interface is moveable along the spindle axis relative to the first connection interface when the spindle is driven by the drive motor. The actuator is arranged such that the first and second connection interfaces are disposed on the same side of the gear set.
Method and system for providing dual axes motions using a single drive
A system comprises a drive system comprising a single motor, a transmission configured to transmit power from the single motor to a first ball screw via a first clutch, and a second clutch configured to transmit power from the first ball screw to a second ball screw. The system also comprises a brake configured to apply a braking force to at least a portion of the drive system. The system further comprises a control module configured to control operation of one or more of the single motor, the first clutch, the second clutch, and the brake, where the control module is configured to move a scissors arms in a horizontal direction in a first configuration and adjust a vertical height of the scissors arms in a second configuration.
ROTARY ACTUATOR
A rotary actuator where a thrust bearing ring is positioned at an inside of a tube assembly accommodating oil, thereby reducing abrasion and damage caused by rolling friction and improving rotary power of an axle load by increasing hydraulic pressure of a piston. The rotary actuator includes the tube assembly, a piston, an axle load assembly, and a thrust bearing ring. The tube assembly is provided with a tube spiral portion where a spiral is formed at an inner circumference surface, and is formed of a first passage where oil flows into and out and a second passage spaced apart from the first passage by a fixed distance.
