The plurality of bearing rollers is axially fixed relative to the rotating part and the mounting member. A manufacturing method for the linear actuator is also provided.
PLANETARY ROLLER SCREW DRIVE
The disclosure relates to a planetary roller screw drive comprising a threaded spindle nut, a horizontal threaded spindled, a plurality of planetary rolling elements having a planetary rolling element profile, and at least two planetary guide rings. The threaded spindle is arranged concentrically in the planetary guide rings and the spindle nut. The planetary guide rings can be rotated relative to the threaded spindle and the planetary rolling elements are mounted so as to be rotatable about their associated planetary rolling element axis in the planetary guide rings and inside the spindle nut. The planetary rolling element profile of the planetary rolling elements meshes with the threaded spindle. The planetary guide rings are connected to a housing case for conjoint rotation, and the housing case has a housing case lateral surface on which a toothing is formed for coupling in a geared manner to with a continuous traction mechanism.
STEER-BY-WIRE STEERING APPARATUS
According to the embodiments of the present invention, the overall size reduction allows installation space to be advantageously secured, reduction in noise generated during operation improves the comfort of the driver, and the strength and stability of the connective structure between parts can be increased and power transmission can be more effective.
PLANETARY ROLLER SCREW DRIVE
A planetary roller screw drive for an actuator of a rear-axle steering system of a motor vehicle, including a planetary roller support which accommodates the planetary rollers and is connected to a drive sleeve for rotation therewith, which drive sleeve is driven rotatably about the screw spindle and is mounted rotatably on a machine part by an axial angular contact roller bearing which is arranged coaxially with respect to the drive sleeve and of which the rollers are in rolling contact with angled-bearing raceways which are inclined with respect to a plane arranged transversely with respect to the axis of rotation of the drive sleeve.
Linear electromechanical actuator and method for assembling the output member of such actuator
A linear electromechanical actuator includes a housing, an electric motor, an output member, and a roller screw drive arranged within the housing. The roller screw drive includes a rod and a screw connected to each other to form the output member. The rod has an axial opening at the end proximal to the screw, and the screw has a connecting section at the end proximal to the rod with a plurality of longitudinal teeth arranged along the perimeter of the connecting section and embedded into the surface of the axial opening. The actuator further includes a retainer engaged with the rod and the screw for preventing a relative longitudinal movement thereof. Methods are also provided for assembling the output element of the actuator.
PLANETARY ROLLER SCREW
The disclosure relates to a planetary roller screw having: a nut arranged on a threaded spindle and divided crosswise to a spindle axis into two nut parts; planetary rollers arranged between the threaded spindle and the nut distributed over the circumference, the planetary rollers intermeshing with the nut parts and with the threaded spindled; a rotatingly driven planetary roller carrier arranged on the threaded spindle, in pockets of which, arranged distributed over the circumference, the planetary rollers are mounted, held at a distance in the circumferential direction, so as to be rotatable about the planetary roller axis; and a housing in which the planetary roller carrier is rotatably mounted. A pre-loading device is provided in order to adjust an axial pre-load between the housing and the planetary rollers.
Expanding pin assembly controlled by actuator for locking and unlocking mechanical joint
An expanding pin system is described that can provide automated and/or power controlled locking and unlocking of an expanding pin assembly in a mechanical joint. For example, the expanding pin system can include an actuation assembly that includes a single actuator (e.g., motor) to control an expanding pin assembly for locking and unlocking a mechanical joint.
