Drive arrangement and motor vehicle
A drive arrangement for a motor vehicle comprises an electric driving engine, an internal combustion engine, and a shift transmission having several gears and a multiple clutch. A first transmission element of the shift transmission is coupled in a torque-tight manner to a first rotational part of the multiple clutch and a second transmission element of shift transmission is coupled in a torque-tight manner to a second rotational part of the multiple clutch. A rotor of the electric driving engine is coupled in a torque-tight manner to a third rotational part of the multiple clutch, wherein the internal combustion engine is coupled in a torque-tight manner to a third transmission element of the shift transmission.
Axle assembly having a shift collar
An axle assembly having a drive pinion, a transmission, and a shift collar. The transmission may include a set of drive pinion gears. The shift collar may be rotatable about an axis with the drive pinion and may be moveable along the axis with respect to the drive pinion to selectively connect a member of the set of drive pinion gears to the drive pinion.
Axle assembly having a sector cam
An axle assembly that includes a sector cam. The sector cam may be rotatable about a sector cam axis and may be operatively connected to first and second shift collars. Rotation of the sector cam about the sector cam axis may control movement of the first and second shift collars.
ELECTRIC POWERTRAIN FOR TRUCK
A powertrain assembly includes one or several electric motors, a gearbox comprising a gearbox housing, an axle comprising: an axle housing, movable parts inside axle housing, comprising a shaft for a wheel, a lubricating system comprising an axle lubricating device comprising an axle oil sump and a gearbox lubricating device comprising a gearbox oil sump inside the gearbox housing which is a dry sump having an oil storage area which is separate from said gearbox oil sump, a scavenge pump and a first duct configured to retrieve oil from gear box oil sump and to convey the retrieved oil up to the oil storage area, and a main pump and a second duct configured to convey oil from the storage oil area to lubricate the gears of the gearbox.
Gear transmission
A gear transmission having a speed changing section includes a speed changing gear for setting a speed stage and a shift gear slidably mounted on a rotation support shaft and operated to engage and disengage with the speed changing gear, the speed changing section configured to speed-change inputted power and to output the resultant power via the rotation support shaft. An arrangement is provided for facilitating engagement of the shift gear with the speed changing gear even when respective end faces of the shift gear and the speed changing gear hit each other. A transmission mechanism (20B) is provided for outputting power of a rotation support shaft (24) to a traveling device. The transmission mechanism (20B) has a transmission flexibility portion (80) which allows free rotation of the rotation support shaft (24) by a set rotation angle.
Transmission structure for a serial/parallel hybrid vehicle
The invention relates to a transmission structure for a hybrid vehicle with an internal combustion engine, a first electric machine, and a second electric machine. In this case, a first electric machine shaft which is assigned to the first electric machine can be driven by a drive shaft which can be driven by the internal combustion engine via a first gear set. In this case, a travel drive gear of a differential gearing of the vehicle can be driven by a second electric machine shaft assigned to the second electric machine via a second gear set. The transmission structure can thereby be compactly designed and in particular, the use of the installation space and/or the efficiency of the electric machines can be improved in that the first gear set has a ring gear with inner teeth and a spur gear which engages with the inner teeth of the ring gear.
Electric drive axle with multi-speed gearbox
An electric drive axle including a first shaft in driving engagement with an electric motor. A first gear and a second gear are coupled with the first shaft. A second shaft is disposed offset from the first shaft. A third gear is selectively coupled with the second shaft, and the third gear is meshed with the first gear. A fourth gear is selectively coupled with the second shaft, and the fourth gear is meshed with the second gear. A fifth gear is coupled with the second shaft and meshed with a sixth gear coupled with a differential case.
Axle assembly having a multi-speed countershaft transmission
An axle assembly having a countershaft transmission. The countershaft transmission may operatively connect an electric motor to a drive pinion. The countershaft transmission may have a first countershaft subassembly that is rotatable about a first countershaft axis and a second countershaft subassembly that is rotatable about a second countershaft axis.
TRANSMISSION AND VEHICLE WITH TRANSMISSION
The disclosure relates to a transmission comprising an input shaft, a first output shaft, a second output shaft, a first planetary gear set, and a second planetary gear set which is connected to the first planetary gear set. Each of the planetary gear sets comprises multiple elements. The input shaft, the two output shafts, the planetary gear sets, as well as the elements thereof are arranged and designed such that—a torque introduced via the input shaft is converted and is distributed to the two output shafts in a defined ratio, and the development of a sum torque is prevented. At least one element of the first planetary gear set is rotationally fixed to another element of the second planetary gear set. Another element of the second planetary gear set is secured to a rotationally fixed component.
