MANUAL TRANSMISSION LOCK FOR PARKING ASSISTANCE
A gearshift lock for a gearbox includes a gearshift cylinder and a pawl wheel with a toothing. The gearshift lock includes a rotatably positioned pawl, and the pawl engages in the toothing of the pawl wheel in a locked position, and is disengaged from the pawl wheel in a freewheeling position. The pawl is pretensioned by a spring element in the direction of the locked position, and an engagement element is connected to the pawl. The engagement element holds the pawl in the freewheeling position by directly interacting with the gearshift cylinder against the effect of the spring element when the gearshift cylinder takes up a rotational position in a freewheeling rotational range, and the pawl can be released from the gearshift cylinder into a locked position by the engagement element when the gearshift cylinder takes up a rotational position in a locked rotational range.
Drive apparatus
A drive apparatus includes a power assembly rotatable about a first axis, a transmission to transmit power of the power assembly, and a parking assembly provided in the transmission. The transmission includes a first gear rotatable around a first axis, a second gear to mesh with the first gear and rotatable around a second axis, a third gear to rotate around the second axis together with the second gear, and a fourth gear to mesh with the third gear and rotatable around a third axis. The parking assembly includes a parking gear rotatable around the first axis together with the first gear, a parking pawl that includes a meshing portion and is rotatable around a fourth axis, and a drive assembly to rotationally move the parking pawl around the fourth axis and operate the parking pawl.

A transmission device (2) for an electrically driveable vehicle (38), comprising a transmission element (9), a parking lock (12), by means of which the transmission element (9) can be blocked and which has a parking lock actuator (14), a transmission housing (7), which encloses the transmission element (9) and the parking lock (12), a connection apparatus (15) with a cable arrangement (16) extending in the transmission housing (7) and a plug connector by which a first end of the cable arrangement (16) can be contacted from the exterior of the transmission housing (7), wherein a second end of the cable arrangement (16) is electrically connected to the parking lock actuator (14), and a pressure equalization apparatus, which runs through the plug connector (17) of the connection apparatus (15) and forms a gas-permeable connection between the interior of the parking lock actuator (14) and the exterior of the transmission housing (7).

A transmission device (1) for an electrically drivable vehicle (29), comprising a transmission element (2), a parking lock (6), by means of which the transmission element (2) can be blocked, a transmission housing (9), which encloses the transmission element (2) and the parking lock (6), a connection apparatus (10) with a cable arrangement (11) extending in the transmission housing (9) and to the first end of which a plug connector (12) is attached, the plug connector being arranged in a transmission housing opening (14) for contacting the cable arrangement (11) from the exterior of the transmission housing (9) and having contact elements (25) arranged in a plug connector housing (15), wherein a second end of the cable arrangement (11) is connected to the parking lock (6), wherein the plug connector (12) has at least one sealing means (18, 27) for preventing a lubricant from escaping through the transmission housing opening (14).
VEHICLE PARK-LOCK CONTROL METHOD AND PARK-LOCK CONTROL DEVICE
A vehicle park lock control method is presented with range positions including a P-range position and an N-range position in each of which a driving force is prevented from being transmitted to a driving wheel of a vehicle. A park lock mechanism is activated when in the P-range position. An operator is allowed to select whether or not to cause the park lock mechanism to be activated in response to key-off operation when in the N-range position. In response to continuous shifting of a range selector to one or more specific ones of the range positions, the park lock mechanism is prevented from being activated in response to key-off operation when in the N-range position.
Electromechanical park lock
The invention relates to a gearbox (40) having a park lock (42) which is integrated in a gearbox housing (60) of the gearbox (40). Said park lock comprises a transfer device (48), a detent (50), and a park lock gear (52). Outside the gearbox housing (60) there is an electromechanical actuator (44), which is centred on an interface to the transfer device (48) on the gearbox housing (48) and is sealed off from the gearbox housing (60) there.
Shift device
A shift device includes: a shift switching member including valley portions provided so as to correspond to shift positions; a positioning member causing the shift position to be established while being fitted in any of the valley portions of the shift switching member; a motor driving the shift switching member and including a rotor and a stator; a driving force transmission mechanism transmitting a driving force from the motor to the shift switching member; and a rotor rotation angle sensor and an output shaft rotation angle sensor detecting rotation angles of the rotor and the shift switching member. The shift device corrects a deviation from a center of a preset backlash when a backlash width included in the driving force transmission mechanism detected based on output values of the output shaft rotation angle sensor and the rotor rotation angle sensor is a value or more during a shift switching operation.
DRIVE UNIT DRIVE ASSEMBLY AND HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE
A drive unit (100) is provided with a first electric machine (110), a second electric machine (120), a first shaft (130) and an output shaft (140). A rotor (111) of the first electric machine (110) is rotationally fixed to the first shaft (130), and a rotor (121) of the second electric machine (120) is rotationally fixed to the output shaft (140). The drive unit (100) also includes a separating clutch (150) and a connection element (230) for the rotationally fixed connecting of an internal combustion engine, and a first gear ratio step (142) is arranged between the connection element (230) and the shafts (130, 140) with a gear ration i<1. The drive unit (100) has an electro-mechanical parking lock unit (1) with which a rotational movement of the output of the first gear ratio step (142) can be blocked.
LOCKING ACTUATOR, BRAKE TRANSMISSION WITH SUCH A LOCKING ACTUATOR AND SERVICE AND/OR PARKING BRAKE
The present invention relates to a locking actuator (2) for a brake transmission (1), in particular for a brake transmission (1) of an electric parking and/or service brake, having a driving device (5), a housing (10), a transmission (20) with an axis of rotation (R) and an output (24), and a ratchet slide (30), which is movable in an axis (L) between a first position and a second position along a locking path, wherein the output (24) is coupled to the ratchet slide (30) via an eccentric (25) and can move the ratchet slide (30) in the axis (L) when the output (24) is rotated. In addition, the present invention relates to a brake transmission (1) and an operating and/or parking brake.
PARK LOCK ASSEMBLY
A park lock assembly for a vehicle transmission includes a toothed park lock gear and a moveable locking pawl that is moveable between an engaged state, in which the locking pawl is in locking engagement with the park lock gear, and a disengaged state, in which the park lock gear is freely rotatable relative to the locking pawl. The park lock assembly also includes an inductive angular position sensor located on an axial side of the park lock gear and configured for detecting angular position of the park lock gear.
