VISCOUS LIQUID SUPPLY APPARATUS
A viscous liquid supply apparatus includes a storage tank (10) that stores viscous liquid, and a pump (14) that supplies the viscous liquid stored in the storage tank to a use point, wherein the viscous liquid supply apparatus is configured with a viscometer (20) that measures a viscosity of the viscous liquid stored in the storage tank, and a replenishment device (30) that supplies replenishment liquid to the storage tank based on the viscosity measured with the viscometer. The viscometer (20) is a rotary type viscometer that has a rotor (23) in a cylindrical shape wherein the rotor is immersed in the viscous liquid and rotates therein, and the rotor is configured with a stirring blade that agitates the viscous liquid inside the storage tank (10).
PHOTOCURABLE COMPOSITION, CURED BODY, GASKET IN WHICH CURED BODY IS USED, WATERTIGHT STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GASKET
A photocurable composition is provided. A cured product formed by curing the photocurable composition has reworkability and excellent heat resistance while having flexibility. The photocurable composition includes a telechelic acrylic polymer having an acryloyl group at both ends; a polyfunctional acrylic polymer having acryloyl groups; a monofunctional acrylic monomer; and a fumed silica including at least one of a hydrophilic fumed silica or a fumed silica having a polar group. The photocurable composition has a Martens hardness of 0.07 to 0.75 N/mm.sup.2, where the Martens hardness is a hardness after the photocurable composition is cured.
Cap seal, fastening structure provided with the same, and method for mounting cap seal
Provided are a cap seal with which molding of a seal material by hand can be omitted and variation in cap seal mounting quality can be minimized, a fastening structure provided with said cap seal, and a method for mounting a cap seal. This cap seal comprises: a plurality of cap parts (11) which have an opening (11b) in one end, inside of which a space (11a) is formed, and which have insulation; and a base part (12) which connects the peripheries at the ends of the cap parts (11) on the opening (11b)-sides together and which has insulation; the cap parts (11) accommodating seal members and protruding parts of fastening members inside the spaces (11a), and the opening (11b)-side surface of the base part (12) being fabricated into a mounting surface (16).

An air filter includes: a pleated filter material folded into a zig-zag form at folding lines along a first direction to have peak parts and valley parts arising alternately in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, trapping fine particles in a gaseous matter flowing in a gas flow direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction; a filter frame being a rectangular filter frame including one pair of first frame materials facing each other in the second direction having end parts in the first direction, and one pair of second frame materials facing each other in the first direction having end parts in the second direction, opening in the gas flow direction and housing the pleated filter material, each of the first frame materials and each of the second frame materials being combined to provide an overlap part.

Chemical flashings for track assemblies and mount assemblies employed in solar power installations are disclosed. In some embodiments, a track assembly having a base, a pair of rails, a sealant receiving cavity and a round groove extending into the base from the bottom of the base, and a compressible round seal disposed within the base extending past the bottom is disclosed. In some embodiments, a mount assembly having a vertical structure, a sealant receiving cavity and a round groove extending into the base from the bottom of the base, a compressible round seal disposed within the base extending past the bottom, and an excess sealant cavity is disclosed.

The motor includes a sealing material (dry body of a liquid gasket 41) interposed between a joint surface 3b of a motor housing 3 and a joint surface of an inverter housing, and an O-ring 39. The O-ring 39 is interposed between the motor housing 3 and the inverter housing and disposed so as to surround the communication port 3a1 of the refrigerant flow path 3a. The motor housing 3 includes a groove 3d disposed between the sealing material and the O-ring 39 on the joint surface 3b in a surface direction of the joint surface 3b.
Two part bonded seal for static downhole tool applications
A seal assembly and methods of use, wherein the seal assembly is formed of an elastomeric enclosure within which a primary cavity is defined. A second cavity in the form of a crushable container is deployed within the primary chamber. An elastomeric compound is contained in one cavity and an elastomeric hardener contained in the other cavity. Upon application of an external force to the elastomeric enclosure, the enclosure is elastically deformed from a first shape to a second shape, wherein the second shape positions the elastomeric enclosure into a sealing configuration between adjacent annular surfaces. The external force also crushes the container, to cause mixing of the elastomeric compound and elastomeric hardener. Once the reaction is complete, the hardened compound retains the deformed shape of the elastomeric enclosure to maintain a seal between the annular surfaces.
CASE, BATTERY, POWER CONSUMING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING CASE
A case, a battery, a power consuming device, and a method for assembling a case are provided. The case includes a first case body, an accommodating groove, a sealant, and a second case body. The first case body is provided with an opening. The accommodating groove is provided in a peripheral direction of the opening. The sealant is accommodated in the accommodating groove. The second case body is provided with a peripherally-arranged joint part. The joint part is configured to extend into the accommodating groove and be joined with the sealant when the second case body covers the opening, so as to form a sealed connection between the first case body and the second case body. The accommodating groove can limit the sealant, the sealant does not shift in the accommodating groove, and a sealing failure is less likely to occur, thus ensuring the sealing performance of the sealant.
