A valve includes a basic body, control spool, sealing ring, and control cover. The control spool is received in the basic body to be movable along a longitudinal axis. The basic body includes a counter-sealing surface, connecting channel, and tank channel having at least one first annular groove surrounding the control spool. The control cover and at least one end face of the control spool facing toward the longitudinal axis delimits, at least in part, a control space. The control cover includes a sealing surface that abuts the counter-sealing surface of the basic body. At least one of the sealing surface and the counter-sealing surface includes a sealing groove that surrounds the control space in ring-like fashion. The sealing ring is received in the sealing groove. The connecting channel opens out into the tank channel and into the sealing groove.

RINGLESS ZERO CLEARANCE CLOSURE

A closure assembly including a retaining cover, a first catch plate sitting partially within the retaining cover, a second catch plate sitting partially within the retaining cover opposite the first catch plate and spaced apart from the first catch plate, and a closure pressing against the first catch plate and pressing against the second catch plate.

A hydraulic multi-way valve with independent oil-port control, includes a multi-way valve body, an A valve core and a B valve core. The multi-way valve body has an A oil port and a B oil port, and includes an A cavity and a B cavity independent from each other therein. The A oil port, a P high-pressure oil port and a T high-pressure oil port are all in communication with the A cavity, the B oil port, the P high-pressure oil port and the T high-pressure oil port are all in communication with the B cavity. The A valve core is arranged in the A cavity, and the B valve core is arranged in the B cavity.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL COMPONENTS FOR OIL WELL BLOWOUT PREVENTERS
20230220854 · 2023-07-13 ·

A hydraulic control system for blowout preventers systems, frack valves and chokes, and related wellhead and control equipment used in oil and gas well drilling operations. The hydraulic control system can include one or more hydraulic control valves or pressure regulators including an internal, linear slider and pairs of seal rings. Lapped and polished surfaces of the seal rings and sliders can form a dynamic metal-to-metal seal within the hydraulic control valves or pressure regulators.

Valve

A valve, having a valve housing, in which a housing interior is formed, in which a movable valve slide is located. The valve slide is impinged upon by a compression spring that is supported via a supporting element on the valve housing. The supporting element has a supporting wall, from which a plurality of supporting arms protrudes, which axially overlap the valve slide in each axial position. On the supporting arms guide surfaces are formed for linear guidance of the valve slide. The supporting arms are springily deflectable and in each case have a radial support surface, with which they are supported on the valve housing.

IMPROVEMENTS IN, OR RELATING TO, SLIDING SPOOL VALVES, AND METHODS THEREFOR

Disclosed is a spool valve to valve a fluid between at least one inlet port and at least one outlet port, having a bore with a spool operably associated therein. The bore has one or more inlet ports and at least one outlet port. Located in the bore is at least one in-bore seal, the seal fluidly sealing on a seal outer diameter to an inside diameter of the bore, and selectively fluidly sealing on a seal inside diameter to a spool outside diameter. Present also is at least one spacer located in the bore, adjacent the at least one in-bore seal having a fluid communication from a spacer internal diameter to a spacer external diameter with at least one inlet port, or the at least one outlet port. The spool moves to allow or prevent flow from an inlet port to outlet port.

Flow rate controller and drive device comprising same

A main flow path that introduces high-pressure air to an air cylinder, or discharges exhaust air therefrom, includes a sub flow path provided alongside the main flow path; an exhaust flow rate adjustment unit that suppresses the operation speed of the air cylinder by adjusting the flow rate of the exhaust air flowing through the sub flow path; and a switching valve that is connected between the air cylinder, the main flow path and the sub flow path, and that connects the main flow path and the sub flow path to the air cylinder in a switching manner. The switching valve is constituted by a spool valve.

Linear Plunger Valve
20230031573 · 2023-02-02 · ·

A means of creating a novel, balanced, plunger valve. It is designed by combining the valve seats with the valve stem by varying the diameter of the valve stem. While the valve is closed it experiences minimal net force, but once opened, the working fluid assists in minimizing the response time of the valve. This creates a very efficient dump valve. The design limits the number of components needed for the valve to be assembled which reduces the cost, simplifies the maintenance, enhances the strength, and creates a more reliable valve. The following includes several methods of accomplishing this.

SWITCHING VALVE, ELECTRO-HYDROSTATIC CIRCUIT, AND AIRCRAFT

A switching valve includes a sleeve on which a plurality of ports are disposed; a spool that is disposed inside the sleeve to move in an axial direction by a pilot hydraulic pressure to switch between switching lines each serving as a flow channel for hydraulic fluid that is formed by a combination of the ports; a first energizing unit that energizes the spool against the pilot hydraulic pressure; a relief hole that is disposed on the spool to discharge the hydraulic fluid with the pilot hydraulic pressure; a valve body that closes the relief hole; and a second energizing unit that energizes the valve body toward the relief hole of the spool against the pilot hydraulic pressure, and when the pilot hydraulic pressure exceeds a predetermined value, opens the relief hole.
