Locking side sprayer
A side sprayer includes an inactive configuration, a normal active configuration, and a locked active configuration. The side sprayer includes three buttons to allow the user to transition between configurations of the side sprayer.
Integrated manifold and valve assembly
An integrated valve and manifold assembly includes a water valve configured to control water flow from one or two valve outlets. At least one of the outlets is coupled to a manifold. In some examples, the manifold is a dual-extrusion manifold having at least one air channel and at least one water conduit, and the water valve has a pair of air channels attached to a periphery of the water valve and configured to couple to the manifold air channels. In examples wherein at least one of the manifolds is a dual-extrusion manifold, a top portion of the assembly includes an air valve configured to control flow of air to air channel(s) of the dual-extrusion manifold. In other examples, the assembly includes a one-outlet or two-outlet water valve configured to couple to water manifolds, with no attached air channels or air valves.
APPARATUS AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MULTI-GESTURAL CONTROL OF WATER DELIVERY DEVICES
A water delivery device includes a body, a user interface, a mixing valve, a first capacitive sensor pad, and a second capacitive sensor pad. The body includes a spout. The user interface is provided on the spout. The mixing valve is contained within the body and is configured to be in fluid communication with a hot water source and a cold water source. The first capacitive sensor pad is provided below the user interface. The second capacitive sensor pad is provided below the user interface laterally adjacent to the first capacitive sensor pad, and is physically separated from the first capacitive sensor pad.
CHECK VALVE WITH INTEGRATED PRESSURE RELIED VALVE
A check valve having a valve that is movable by incoming water in the flow direction, from a closed position, where it bears against a first valve seat, against a restoring force into an open position, where it is raised from the first valve seat, and having a pressure relief valve with a closing member that is movable by pressure of the water flowing back against the flow direction, from a closed position, in which it bears against a second valve seat, against a restoring force into an open position where it is raised from the second valve seat. The restoring force acting on the closing member is greater than the restoring force acting on the valve body. The closing member has a closing member core made of a first material, and at least in the partial region thereof that abuts the second valve seat in the closed position, has a film or a layer made of a second relatively softer and/or elastic material.
Single lever, timed mixer tap
The invention relates to a single-lever, timed mixer tap comprising a push-button that makes it possible to control the passage of water between at least one water-supply inlet, in particular two inlets for hot water and cold water, respectively, and at least one outlet for the mixed water, a mixing block having a portion that is rotatably movable in relation to a stationary portion in order to vary the temperature of the mixed water, and a timer cartridge, characterised in that the mixing block and the timer cartridge are mounted separately from one another and the push-button is mounted translatably and rotatably movable, and in that at least one member for transmitting the movement of the push-button is provided, which is designed to transmit a translational movement to an actuator rod of the timer cartridge as well as a rotational movement to the movable portion of the mixing block.
Thermostatic device
A thermostatic device includes: a housing and a regulator, the one moving in translation with respect to the other in order to regulate the rate of water flow; a thermoactuator comprising a primary part and a secondary part moving in translation depending on the temperature, the primary part and the regulator being translationally fixed; a slide, that can move in translation with respect to the housing and is rotationally fixed with respect to the housing; and an overtravel spring applying a primary return force on the slide. In order to absorb an overtravel of the thermoactuator while improving compactness and the ease of manufacture, the overtravel spring bears against the housing and the thermostatic device comprises a rotary drive part in helical connection with the slide and being fixed in translation with respect to the secondary part.
CONTROL VALVE OF MANUAL/AUTOMATIC AND COLD/HOT WATER FAUCET
A control valve of a manual/automatic and cold/hot water faucet includes a sliding member, a linking member, and an operating member. The sliding member has a notch. The linking member is recessed with a connecting groove. The operating member has a valve stem and a linking portion. The linking portion drives the linking portion and the sliding portion through the connecting groove. The valve stem, the connecting groove and the central axis are arranged concentrically, so that the overlapping area of the notch and the cold water hole is equal to the overlapping area of the notch and the hot water hole to keep the same ratio of cold water to hot water in an automatic mode to dispense water, thereby increasing the safety in use.
Anti-scald device for fluid supply system having hot water disinfection
An anti-scald device, fluid supply system including an anti-scald device and methods are provided. The anti-scald device can be configured to provide scald protection as well as configured to allow hot water disinfection.
MIXING VALVE ADAPTER
A mixing valve adapter is disclosed for a sink faucet with a mixing valve. An example mixing valve adapter includes an adapter body formed as a rigid unitary structure that does not flex so that the mixing valve is mounted rigid to the sink faucet without separately mounting the mixing valve apart from the sink faucet. The example mixing valve adapter also includes a first valve connection on the adapter body for connecting mixed cold and hot water from the mixing valve, and a first faucet connection on the adapter body for connecting the mixed cold and hot water to the sink faucet. The example mixing valve adapter also includes a second valve connection on the adapter body for connecting cold water from the mixing valve, and a second faucet connection on the adapter body for connecting the cold water to the sink faucet.
Integrated emergency wash and shower system
Apparatus and methods for integrated emergency wash systems. Various embodiments include thermostatically controlled mixing valves arranged so as to permit load carrying by the body of the valve. Further, the integrated wash systems are especially suited for use in laboratories and manufacturing settings in which available space is at a premium.
