VALVE
20230160483 · 2023-05-25 ·

A valve with a valve seat and a valve disk has the valve disk configured such that it can be brought into a first position in which it is in contact with the valve seat where the valve is closed, and can be brought into a second position in which the valve is open. The valve has at least one spring element, and the valve seat can be displaced against a force exerted by the at least one spring element by bringing the valve disk from the second position into the first position and thereby deforming the spring element.

VALVE WITH AXIAL ANGLE COMPENSATION

A valve may be utilized in a high-performance chromatography system for separating components of a sample liquid introduced into a mobile phase. The valve has a first valve element and a second valve element. By a movement of one valve element relative to the other, a first effective surface of the first valve element is brought into connection with a second effective surface of the second valve element, and a flow path may be produced or suppressed. The second valve element has an elastic region to compensate for an axial angle between the first valve element and the second valve element, such that the first effective surface and the second effective surface may be oriented parallel to each other. This may favorably influence a fluidic leak tightness and/or longevity of the valve.

ROTARY VALVE WITH COMPENSATION ELEMENT TO COMPENSATE FOR AXIAL MISALIGNMENT

A valve, such as for a high performance chromatography system for separating components of a sample liquid introduced into a mobile phase, includes a rotor and a stator, wherein a flow path can be established or inhibited by a rotational movement of the rotor relative to the stator. The valve also includes a compensation element, which is axially arranged together with the rotor and the stator and, in an operating state of the valve, causes an axial pressing of the rotor relative to the stator. The compensation element includes at least one spherical surface to compensate for an axial misalignment between the rotor and the stator.

Breather valve

Disclosed is a breather valve for controlling a pressure of a transfer channel of a valve assembly. The valve assembly controls charging and discharging of hydrogen in a hydrogen fuel cell-based vehicle. The breather valve includes a vent ring movably received in a distal portion of the transfer channel and having a ventilation hole communicating with a main portion of the transfer channel; and a vent valve received in the distal portion of the transfer channel and screw-coupled to the transfer channel to open or close the ventilation hole.

In a method for assembling a needle valve having a housing, at least one valve needle longitudinally displaceably guided in the housing in a first spatial direction, and at least one valve seat plate, the plate for each needle has a valve seat associated with the needle, at which seat an outlet opening for a fluid can be closed and opened by back and forth movement of the relevant needle. In a first step the plate is fastened to the housing by a fastener such that it has limited movement with respect to the housing. In a second step each needle is set into a back and forth movement in which it is alternatingly placed onto and lifted up from the associated seat. In a third step the plate is fixed on the housing while the at least one needle moves back and forth.

Sleeved fluid end

A fluid end includes a first sleeve associated with a plunger bore, a second sleeve assembly associated with a suction bore, and a packing sleeve retainer positioned at the plunger bore to axially retain a packing sleeve of the first sleeve assembly within the plunger bore, the packing sleeve retainer being coupled to a front face of the fluid end. The fluid end further includes a suction ring positioned at the suction bore to axially retain a suction sleeve of the second sleeve assembly within the suction bore, the suction ring being coupled to a rear face of the fluid end.
