WATER CONTROL VALVE WITH OFFSET VALVE CORE
20230051152 · 2023-02-16 ·

A water control valve with offset valve core has a main body with a flowing slot, the circumferential wall of which is formed with a water inlet and outlet. An offset rotary valve core is configured offset inside the flowing slot and has a rotary shaft and a water stopping seat. The face of the water stopping seat faces the circumferential wall and has a sealing ring. When the water stopping seat rotates along with the offset rotary valve core and is aligned with the inlet, the sealing ring is pressed against the circumferential wall to close the inlet, thus forming the water stop mode. The rotary shaft and the circumferential wall of the flowing slot define a flowing space. The flow from the inlet must pass through the flowing space and exit through the outlet. A dialing component is used to connect and drive offset rotary valve core.

In some examples, the manifold is a dual-extrusion manifold having at least one air channel and at least one water conduit, and the water valve has a pair of air channels attached to a periphery of the water valve and configured to couple to the manifold air channels. In examples wherein at least one of the manifolds is a dual-extrusion manifold, a top portion of the assembly includes an air valve configured to control flow of air to air channel(s) of the dual-extrusion manifold. In other examples, the assembly includes a one-outlet or two-outlet water valve configured to couple to water manifolds, with no attached air channels or air valves.

FLUID CONTROL VALVE FOR ROTARY STEERABLE TOOL
20230021983 · 2023-01-26 ·

A downhole tool control system for a drill string rotary steerable tool that includes a body having an inner chamber, a piston gallery extending between the inner chamber and a piston port, and an exhaust gallery extending between the inner chamber and an exhaust port. A spool in the inner chamber is movable into a plurality of positions to direct and control the timing and duration of the flow of drilling fluid to energize pistons of the rotary steerable tool, and to de-energize the pistons. The spool includes a first passage in fluid communication with a drilling fluid inlet port but not the exhaust port, and a second passage in fluid communication with the exhaust port but not the drilling fluid inlet port.

VALVE DEVICE

A valve device having a valve housing (10, 54, 94, 166) and fluid ports (16, 18) disposed therein, which are connected to or separated from one another in a fluid-conveying manner by means of a valve piston (22) displaceable along its longitudinal axis (24) in its various travel positions, and having at least one latching device (26, 28) for latching the valve piston (22) in at least one of its travel positions, wherein individual latching means (30, 38, 170) of said latching device, when it is actuated by an external force, take latching positions spatially different from one another, which is characterized in that, with respect to the longitudinal axis (24) of the valve piston (22), the individual latching means (30, 38, 170) of the latching device (26, 28) take positions differing from one another both in the axial and in the radial direction in the individual latching positions.

Slide Valve and Mounting Aid Device
