MANIFOLD ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE AND VALVE BASE
A valve base 15 has: a valve base main body 20 on which a connector accommodating portion 37 and a board installing hole 38 are formed; a board assembly 42 provided with a plurality of output terminals and a plurality of input terminals connected to the output terminals by output wirings, and attached to the board installing hole 38; a relay connector 41 provided with a solenoid-side connection portion connected to a solenoid terminal and a board-side connection portion connected to the output terminals, and attached to the connector accommodating portion 37; and a through hole 55 provided on the valve base main body 20 so as to communicate with the connector accommodating portion 37, and exteriorly exposing a part of the relay connector 41. A manifold electromagnetic valve is formed by striking the valve bases 15 against each other. A type of solenoid valve is indicated by the relay connector 41 attached to the valve base 15.
CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
A capacity control valve includes a valve housing. A main valve including a valve body is driven by a solenoid, and a main valve seat which is provided between a discharge port and a control port and with which the valve body 51 is allowed to contact. A pressure sensitive valve member forming a pressure sensitive valve with a pressure sensitive body is disposed in a pressure sensitive chamber. The control port and a suction port communicate through an intermediate communication passage by opening the pressure sensitive valve. A slide valve body slides relative to the pressure sensitive valve member to open and close a through-hole communicating with the intermediate communication passage. The slide valve body partitions the pressure sensitive chamber into a Pd side space and a Pc side space, and a Pd-Pc flow passage providing communication between two spaces and is formed in the slide valve body.
CENTRAL VALVE FOR A CAMSHAFT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A central valve for a camshaft adjuster, and to an internal combustion engine, which includes a camshaft, a camshaft-adjusting device, and a central valve. The central valve includes a shaped part as a valve housing (3), including a control piston (4) guided coaxially within the valve housing (3) in such a way that the control piston can move axially and including a stop, which limits the mobility of the control piston in an axial direction (piston stop). The piston stop is a piston stop washer (5), wherein the piston stop washer and the valve housing (3) are joined.
CLIP FILTER FOR HYDRAULIC VALVE AND HYDRAULIC VALVE WITH CLIP FILTER
A clip filter for a hydraulic valve, the clip filter comprising a carrier frame; and filter elements received in the carrier frame, wherein the carrier frame is configured annular and includes a clip filter lock, wherein a first end of the carrier frame and a second end of the carrier frame are engageable with each other for closing the clip filter, wherein the first end of the carrier frame includes a lug shaped clip element and the second end of the carrier frame includes a recess that is complementary to the lug shaped clip element, and wherein a clip filter lock is configured for a maximized opening force.
Waterproof solenoid valve
A waterproof cover includes an operation unit for pressing a manual button of a solenoid valve main body. The operation unit includes a flexible cap, a pin guide interposed between the cap and the solenoid valve main body, and an operation pin that is inserted in guide hole of the pin guide so as to be displaced freely. The cap includes a flexible pressing portion for a pressing operation. One end of the operation pin is in contact with or close to the pressing portion, and the other end of the operation pin is in contact with the manual button.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FILTER ORIENTATION ON A CONTROL VALVE
Systems and methods for filter orientation on a control valve are provided. In particular, systems and methods are provided for rotationally orienting a filter retention feature with respect to an application fluid passageway to control forces and stresses exerted on the filter retention feature. Additionally, methods for manufacturing a control valve are provided that enable a rotational relationship between a filter retention feature and an application fluid passageway to be constrained.
SOLENOID VALVE DEVICE
A solenoid valve unit has a breathing hole extending in a radial direction through a sleeve on a side of a solenoid portion and bringing a space, which is formed between an armature and a spool when the armature is at least in a predetermined region, into communication with the outside, a first opening facing a side of a valve portion and opening to the outside, a second opening opening to the outside, and a breathing channel in a solenoid case, the breathing channel communicating at an end thereof with the first opening and communicating at an opposite end thereof with the second opening.
CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
A capacity control valve includes a main valve that opens and closes communication between a discharge port and a control port formed in a valve housing by movement of a rod driven by a solenoid, a CS communication passage providing communication between a control fluid supply chamber formed in the valve housing and a suction port, and an on-off valve formed by a communication passage forming member having an annular valve seat in an outer periphery of the CS communication passage and an on-off valve element biased in the valve closing direction with respect to the valve seat.
Hydrostatic Axial Piston Machine
A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a double-acting actuating cylinder configured to adjust the piston displacement. The actuating cylinder has two actuating chambers that are connected to two spatially separated cartridge valves. The two cartridge valves are inserted obliquely into a wall section of the axial piston machine. The wall section on the one hand forms a wall of the housing of the axial piston machine and on the other hand forms a wall of the actuating cylinder.
SOLENOID AND SOLENOID VALVE
A solenoid includes a coil configured to generate magnetic force when a current flows therethrough; a stator core provided inside the coil, the stator core being configured to be excited by the magnetic force of the coil; a plunger received in a plunger chamber formed inside the stator core, the plunger being configured to move toward an attraction part in the plunger chamber by the magnetic force of the coil; a shaft provided to be able to move, together with the plunger, along axial direction; and a filter provided inside the stator core. The filter is provided on a side of the attraction part from the plunger and in an axial range where the coil is provided.
