Valve assembly
Provided is a valve assembly including: a valve housing inserted into, after removing a portion of an exhaust line of a vacuum chamber, the removed portion of the exhaust line to be open in a direction communicating with the exhaust line and to have a predetermined inner space in a direction perpendicular to the direction communicating with the exhaust line; a valve movable horizontally inside the valve housing to allow the valve housing to communicate with the exhaust line or to be blocked from the exhaust line; a valve driving part disposed on one side of the valve housing in such a manner as to be connected to the valve so as to horizontally move the valve in a direction perpendicular to the exhaust line; and valve movement guide parts disposed inside the valve housing so as to guide a moving path of the valve.
Vacuum valve
A vacuum valve includes a main flow channel that connects the first port and the second port, a main valve seat that surrounds the main flow channel, a main valve disc that opens and closes the main flow channel by contacting and separating from the main valve seat, a sub-flow channel that is formed inside the main valve disc, a sub-valve seat that is formed on an outer surface of the main valve disc, a sub-valve disc that opens and closes the sub-flow channel by contacting and separating from the sub-valve seat at a position outside the main valve disc, and a rod that causes the main valve disc and the sub-valve disc to open and close. The sub-valve disc opens and closes the sub-flow channel by being operated directly by the rod, and the main valve disc opens and closes the main flow channel by being operated via the sub-valve disc by the rod.
FLUID ACTUATION SYSTEM
A fluid actuation system controls fluid flow between a container and the external environment. The fluid actuation system has an actuator housing which houses a cradle member secured to the actuator housing. An actuator member is slidably received within the cradle member with the actuator member having an actuator member flow conduit for communication fluid flow from the container to and external environment. A toggle latch member is moveable to a first position for continuous fluidic transfer, to a second position for manual control of the fluidic flow, or a third position when fluidic flow is blocked.

The sub-valve disc opens and closes the sub-flow channel by being operated directly by the rod, and the main valve disc opens and closes the main flow channel by being operated via the sub-valve disc by the rod.
Vacuum gate valve
A vacuum gate valve includes a valve body open/close drive body provided between opposing housing bodies, a stem of the valve body open/close drive body, and a valve body provided to the stem. The housing bodies each has a piston rod vertically moving by a cylinder mechanism, a cam member of the piston rod, and a cam roller provided in a cam groove formed in the cam member. A spring receiving unit on both sides of the valve body open/close drive body and a spring which causes the spring receiving unit to be disposed in the cam member and resiliently supported between the spring receiving unit and the piston rod are provided. The housing body includes a vertical-movement guiding unit in which the valve body open/close driving body vertically moves between the housing bodies and a stopper by which the valve body open/close drive body is locked at ascending.
Shut-off device for pipe
A shut-off device for a pipe in a pipeline and responsive to ingress of water, has at least two valves for installation in the pipe of the pipeline. Each valve has a valve member supported for movement between an open position when the valve is open for passage of a fluid through the pipe, and a closed position when the valve is closed for preventing passage of the fluid through the valve. The device includes a buoyant member associated with the valve members for causing movement of the valve members to the closed positions upon ingress of water to the buoyant member. The valve members are moved to the closed positions in respective upstream and downstream directions of passage of the fluid through the pipe.
VALVE
A valve with an opening surrounded by a seat, and a closure member, which, in a closed position, presses onto the seat and closes the opening and, in an intermediate position, is raised from the seat and overlaps with the opening and, in a maximum opening position, at least partially releases the opening. The valve has a frst valve drive for moving the closure member between the maximum opening position and the intermediate position along a first movement track, and a second valve drive for moving the closure member between the intermediate position and the closed position along a second movement track which is at an angle to the first movement track. The valve has at least one transmission part which is provided for reversible deformation by the second valve drive, and the first valve drive acts on the closure member with the interposition of the transmission part.
Two-way gate valve
Disclosed herein is an upper housing 100 having openings that are respectively defined in a front surface and a rear surface thereof and in which first and second moving paths 110 and 120 are defined; a first blade 200 installed in the upper housing 100 to move upward from a lower side, thereby opening/closing the first moving path 110; a first shaft 300 coupled to a lower portion of the first blade 200; a lower housing 400 disposed below the upper housing 100, in which a rotation guide groove 410 for guiding rotation of a L-motion block 500 at a fixed position while the first blade 200 moves in a close direction C is defined in each of both inner surfaces of the lower housing (400).
