A Device and Method for Anticipating Failure in a Solenoid Pilot Operated Control Valve for a Fieldbus Manifold Assembly
20230048892 · 2023-02-16 ·

A fieldbus solenoid valve system has a solenoid operated control valve mounted and operated by a solenoid pilot. A direct current power source is connected to a coil of the solenoid pilot and a driver for actuating the coil. A resistive element is in series with the power source, the driver, the solenoid and a ground. A frequency generator is connected to the circuit for creating a frequency pulse train to the coil having a characterization so as not to cause the solenoid pilot to actuate. The voltage is measured between the coil and resistive element and the measured voltage is compared to a base voltage value measured from the same circuit location. An indicator signal is displayed on the fieldbus solenoid valve system or externally when the measured voltage increases to a predetermined amount from said base voltage over time.

Multi-fuel switching device

A multi-fuel switching device, including a gas part, is provided. The gas part includes a switching valve. The switching valve includes a housing having an air inlet and an air outlet. An internal rotation of the housing is provided with a valve core located between the air inlet and the air outlet. The valve core is provided with a first airway and a second airway. Cross-sectional sizes of the first airway and the second airway are different. The first airway or the second airway is selected through rotating the valve core to connect the air inlet and the air outlet. The solution solves the issue that a fuel switching device in the prior art cannot adapt to three or more fuels, which causes an internal combustion engine to be unable to maintain the optimal working state.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE

A directional control valve includes: a housing having a cylindrical spool hole communicating with an inlet port letting a fluid from an external supply source at a predetermined pressure and an outlet port flowing the fluid to a working cylinder; a spool movable in the spool hole axially and changing an amount of flow of the fluid; a first solenoid driving section having a first needle coupled to or integral with a first end portion of the spool and driving the spool; and a second solenoid driving section having a second needle coupled to or integral with a second end portion of the spool and driving the spool, the directional control valve including a pressure equalization circuit equally applying a pressure to the end portions.

Electromagnetic valve

An electromagnetic valve has a valve housing; a valve body disposed inside the valve housing and movable in a reciprocating manner; an urging member configured to urge the valve body in one direction; and a drive device which is connected to the valve housing and applies a drive force to the valve body. A drive rod of the drive device includes a guide portion which faces an inner peripheral surface of a fixed iron core such that a movement of the drive rod is guided in an axial direction and a groove portion which is recessed in an inward radial direction from the guide portion and the groove portion is continuously formed from an inside of the valve housing to an inside of a movable iron core.

Capacity control valve

A capacity control valve includes a CS valve which opens and closes a communication between the control fluid and the suction fluid by the movement of rods and an urging member configured to urge the primary valve body and the rods in opposite directions and the primary valve body and the rods are disposed so as to be relatively movable in an axial direction.

A fluid control system for supplying fluid to a fluid consumer, having a valve module including a channel body to which a fluid switching valve, a fluid pressure regulator and a vacuum switching valve are attached, the channel body having a first fluid channel extending from a fluid input port to an input port of the fluid pressure regulator and having a second fluid channel extending from an output port of the fluid pressure regulator to an input port of the fluid switching valve, and having a third fluid channel extending from an output port of the fluid switching valve to a fluid consumer port, and having a first vacuum channel extending from a vacuum input port to an input port of the vacuum switching valve, and having a second vacuum channel extending from an output port of the vacuum switching valve to the fluid consumer port.

Valve body, electromagnet switch valve and bed structure

A valve body including an outer wall, an inner wall, and a connecting wall is provided. The outer wall has a first upper surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface. At least one of the first side surface and the second side surface has a fluid hole. The inner wall is disposed within the outer wall. The inner wall shields the at least one fluid hole. A third side surface has an inner opening. The connecting wall is disposed within the outer wall. The connecting wall connects the inner opening of the inner wall and the fluid hole of the outer wall. Furthermore, an electromagnet switch valve and a bed structure are also provided.

Capacity control valve

A capacity control valve includes a valve housing provided with a discharge port, suction ports, a control port and a primary valve driven by a solenoid. The capacity control valve further includes a differential CS valve which includes a differential CS valve body disposed so as to be relatively movable in an axial direction with respect to the primary valve bodies. The differential CS valve body divides a control pressure chamber into a discharge side control chamber communicating with the first control port and a suction side control chamber communicating with the second control port in the axial direction and operates the differential CS valve body by a differential pressure between the discharge side control chamber and the suction side control chamber so as to open the second control port and the suction port.
