Solenoid adapter
An adapter is provided for a solenoid of a valve. The adapter provides a radial seal and enables manually bleeding by rotating the solenoid. The adapter includes two primary components with a one-way locking engagement between them that can be manually reversed for service of the adapter and the solenoid.
Pressure Relief Ball Valve
A pressure relief ball valve to prevent excessive pressure buildup due to freezing liquid includes a ball that is rotatably housed within a valve body. A fluid conduit traverses through the ball, wherein rotation of the ball via a lever handle either aligns or disjoints the fluid conduit with an inlet and an outlet of the valve body. Meanwhile, a drain hole traverses into the ball and intersects the fluid conduit. When the ball is toggled to an open position, the drain hole is positioned adjacent to a side wall of the valve body, such that the drain hole is capped off. When the ball is toggled to a closed position, the drain hole is positioned adjacent to the outlet, wherein residual liquid is expelled from the fluid conduit. The removal of residual liquid prevents excessive pressure buildup due to freezing liquid within the valve body.
OPERATION VALVE
An operation valve includes a valve that controls the flow of a fluid, a cylindrical operator that operates opening and closing of the valve by rotating the operator in a peripheral direction, and has a first step parallel to a central axis of the operator, a storage that stores the valve, includes a flow channel of the fluid therein, and has a second step corresponding to the first step on an outer periphery of the storage in a first state in which the valve is closed, and an elastic body that urges the operator toward the storage.
Opening and closing valve
In an opening and closing valve of the invention, an operation dial and a valve body housed in a main body are connected by a rotary shaft, and a regulation member having a first fitting hole engaging with a fitter in the rotary shaft is disposed in a housing space of the main body. When a second fitting hole in the operation dial is released from the fitter in the closed state, the first fitting hole is fitted into the fitter to regulate the rotation, or when the second fitting hole is fitted into the fitter, the first fitting hole is released from the fitter to achieve the rotation.
Pull handle butterfly valve lockout device
A valve handle lockout device is configured to temporarily lock out a pull handle butterfly valve. The device includes an enclosure body, at least one lock hole, and a blocking wall. The enclosure body includes first and second enclosure portions having an opening at a proximal end of the enclosure body that is dimensioned to surround a base of the pull handle butterfly valve. The lock hole is configured to receive a locking member and thereby secure the device in a closed position on a handle of the pull handle butterfly valve. The blocking wall borders or is near to the opening and is configured to engage the pull handle butterfly valve when the enclosure body is secured in a locked position, thereby preventing removal of the device from the handle and the handle from being operated.
Flow rate adjusting device
A flow rate adjusting device of the present invention includes a flow channel member and a valve mechanism. The valve mechanism includes a rod, a knob and a lock mechanism. The lock mechanism is switched by the knob moving in the traverse direction between a prohibited state in which the engaging portion is engaged with the to-be-engaged portion so that the rotation of the rod relative to the flow channel member is prohibited via the knob and a permitted state in which the engagement between the engaging portion and the to-be-engaged portion is undone so that the rod is permitted to rotate relative to the flow channel member.
FLOW CONTROL VALVE
A flow control valve adjusts an opening degree of a second channel by moving a needle valve in a first axis direction in accordance with a rotating operation amount of a knob provided at the first body, and includes a scale body, and a scale reading part that indicates the scale mark corresponding to the rotating operation amount of the knob, and a clutch mechanism that changes the scale mark of the scale body when the knob is rotated. The clutch mechanism includes an engaging portion, an engaged portion, and a clutch drive mechanism, and the scale reading part and the scale body rotate integrally when the engaging portion and the engaged portion are engaged. The clutch drive mechanism releases engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion when the knob is rotated and, after the scale mark is changed, re-engages the engaging portion with the engaged portion.
Valve
A valve has a closing member that can be brought from a closed position into an open position by a rotational movement about an axis of rotation transverse to a through-flow direction. A shaft is connected to the closing member and comprises a shaft end. A valve housing has an adjusting device, which has an adjusting device housing and comprises a receptacle in which the shaft end can be received. In order to be able to fix the valve in a switching position, a shaft portion comprises a passage that can be made congruent with two housing-side openings. The passage and the openings can be penetrated by a securing body, and the connection between the shaft and the shaft portion is secured against release when the passage and the openings are congruent.
BALL VALVE HANDLE, SPRING LOADED
A spring-loaded ball valve includes a spring, a first pin, a second pin, and a handle. The spring is configured to apply pressure to the first pin and second pin when the ball valve is in both the fully open and fully closed positions. The spring applies maximum torque when the ball valve is in the fully open or fully closed position to ensure the valve remains in the fully open or fully closed position.
INTEGRAL HANDLE FOR A VALVE
A valve handle includes a hub having an axis of rotation and an outer surface facing radially outward. The valve handle further includes a hand-grip centered on the axis of rotation. The hand-grip has an inner surface with a cylindrical contour facing radially inward, and has an outer surface reaching circumferentially about the axis with an undulating contour defining lobes projecting radially outward. A connecting portion of the valve handle interconnects the hub with the hand-grip across a recess located radially between the outer surface of the hub and the inner surface of the hand-grip. The connecting portion is configured to provide viewing clearance axially through the recess between the hub and the hand-grip.
