STARTER AIR VALVE WITH MULTIPLE DISC VALVES
A disc assembly for use in an air valve with a valve body includes an outer disc with a concentric opening therethrough and an outer seal area, the outer seal area to selectively seal against the valve body, and an inner disc disposed in the concentric opening of the outer disc, the inner disc to selectively seal against the outer disc.
Dual valve gas pressure equalization system and method
An aircraft gas transport system including a high pressure gas supply line having a supply valve, and an equilibrium gas line joined at junctions with the high pressure gas supply line upstream and downstream from the supply valve, and in flow communication with the high pressure gas supply line, the equilibrium gas line having an equilibrium valve and a flow restrictor, the equilibrium valve having an exit orifice and the flow restrictor being offset from the exit orifice of the equilibrium valve.
Hinged valve
A hinged valve is provided. The hinged valve includes a valve body, a valve stem, a valve disc, an actuator and a sliding member. The valve body is a housing, which is provided with a valve stem hole for partially accommodating the valve stem. The valve body has a passage with an inlet and an outlet. The valve disc is connected to the valve body through a hinge, so that the valve disc is able to rotate around the rotation axis of the hinge.
BALANCE VALVE, BATTERY AND POWER CONSUMPTION APPARATUS
A balance valve, a battery, and a power consumption apparatus are provided in the embodiments of the present application. The balance valve includes a body, a breathable membrane and a gas barrier structure, where the body is provided with a ventilation channel; the breathable membrane is arranged at one end of the ventilation channel; and, the gas barrier structure is arranged at the other end of the ventilation channel, and the gas barrier structure is configured to open the ventilation channel when the gas pressures inside and outside the gas barrier structure are unbalanced, so as to achieve the gas pressure balance between the inside and outside of the gas barrier structure. The balance valve is applicable to a battery, which could achieve a balance of gas pressures inside and outside the battery when there is a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the battery.
HINGED VALVE
The invention discloses an hinged valve. The hinged valve includes a valve body, a valve stem, a valve spool, an actuator and a sliding member. The valve body is a housing, which is formed with a valve stem hole for partially accommodating the valve stem. A passage having an inlet and an outlet is formed in the housing. The valve spool is connected to the valve body through a hinge, so that the valve spool is able to rotate around the rotation axis of the hinge. The actuator cooperates with the sliding member, so that the rotational movement of the valve stem is transmitted to the valve spool through the actuator via the sliding member and converted into a movement that drives the valve spool to rotate around the rotation axis of the hinge to open or close the valve. The valve spool is provided with a locking post, the bottom end of the valve stem is provided with a locking hook. A locking boss is provided on the locking post, and a locking-ledge is provided on the locking hook. When the valve is in the closed state, the valve spool is locked to the valve body by the locking hook and the locking post, and the locking-ledge on the locking hook and the locking boss on the locking post cooperate with each other. The valve of the application has a more reliable locking and a more reliable sealing.
Normally open gas valve
Embodiments of a normally open gas valve are disclosed herein. The normally open gas valve includes a valve plug that gradually or partially disengages from the valve seat such that the actuation power required to open the valve is substantially reduced. The force required to open or close the valve is also reduced through the use of an off-center lever arm that multiplies the force applied by the armature of the actuation means. In this way, a less expensive actuation means, e.g., a less expensive solenoid, is able to be used to actuate the normally open gas valve.
AUTOMATIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE, FILM FORMING APPARATUS AND PRESSURE CONTROL METHOD
An automatic pressure control device that controls a pressure in a processing container to which a source gas for forming a film on a substrate is supplied, includes: a vacuum exhauster configured to vacuum-exhaust a gas in the processing container; an exhaust path connecting the processing container and the vacuum exhauster; and a butterfly valve including an annular valve seat having an inner wall surface and a valve body configured as a plate-shaped body. The valve body is rotatably installed to the valve seat via a shaft and configured to change an opening area of the exhaust path by being arranged to be inclined and changing an inclination angle of the valve body. The butterfly valve is configured to control the pressure in the processing container by changing the inclination angle of the valve body based on a result of detecting the pressure in the processing container.
Self-aerating valve
The present invention is directed to a self-aerating valve (1) comprising a valve body (2) with an aperture (3), and a valve flap (4) swivel-mounted to the valve body (2). The valve flap (4) is particularly configured to swivel between a closing position for closing the aperture (3), and an opening position for opening the aperture (3). Further, the self-aerating valve (1) comprises an air-supply port (5) connectable to an air-supply (12). The valve flap (4) is designed to release air supplied to the air-supply port (5) into the aperture (3) of the valve body (2) in the closing position. Preferably, the valve flap (4) is designed to release the air through its whole surface area (6), wherein the surface area (6) comprise a porous membrane (7) fluidly connected to the air-supply port (5). The self-aerating valve 1 may be used in an aerating system (11) of the present invention, which includes also an air-supply (12) fluidly connected to the air-supply port (5). The aerating system (11) may further comprise a drying unit (13) of the air-supply (12) adapted to dry and preferably also cool air supplied through the air-supply (12) to the air-supply port (5).
Fluidizing butterfly valve, and system
A fluidizing butterfly valve. The fluidizing butterfly valve includes a valve body and a fluidizing valve disk or member configured to fluidize material located above the butterfly valve and/or material moving through the butterfly valve.
