POWER-ASSISTED PIPELINE VALVE
A power-assisted pipeline valve, including a valve body and a pressure relief assembly. A top of the valve body is provided with a first chute. A sliding sleeve is disposed in the valve body and has two sides respectively connected to an inner wall of the valve body through a first spring. A ball valve assembly is disposed in the sliding sleeve and connected to a valve stem. The valve stem passes through the sliding sleeve and is sleeved with a sliding shell, and the sliding shell is disposed in the first chute and provided with a rack and an electric power-assisted mechanism which is connected to the valve stem. The top of the valve body is penetrated by a first rotating shaft which is orderly sleeved with a fifth gear, a rotary table and a third spring from top to bottom. The fifth gear is meshed with the rack. The rotary table is connected to the fifth gear through a centrifugal locking mechanism. The third spring is connected to the rotary table and the valve body respectively. The pressure relief assembly is disposed on the valve body and connected to the rotary table. The present disclosure effectively solves the problems in the prior art that it is laborious for a person with a small strength to operate a manual valve, and a water hammer prevention effect is poor, which seriously affects the service life of the manual valve.
Rotary ball valves with noise attenuators
Rotary ball valves with noise attenuators are disclosed herein. An example rotary ball valve includes a valve body defining a passageway between an inlet and an outlet, a ring-shaped seal in the passageway, a closure member in the passageway, the closure member rotatable in the passageway relative to the seal, and a noise attenuator coupled to the closure member in the passageway. The closure member and the noise attenuator are rotatable between a closed position, a fully open position, and a plurality of intermediate positions between the closed position and the fully open position. The noise attenuator includes walls that are spaced apart from each other. The walls at least partially form a plurality of channels. The channels are aligned with the passageway when the noise attenuator is in the fully open position. The walls include a first wall that is curved such that such that when the noise attenuator is in a first intermediate position, an edge of the first wall is aligned with the seal.
BALL CONTROL VALVES HAVING THREE-DIMENSIONAL TORTUOUS PATH FLOWPATHS
A valve body, for use in a valve housing having an inlet and outlet, includes a spherical outer surface. A flow opening extends diametrically from one side of the outer surface to an opposing side. A plurality of flow control passageways extend from the outer surface into the valve body. The valve body is moveable relative to the valve housing between a closed position, a restricted flow position, and a free flow position. In the closed position, the flow opening and all of the plurality of flow control passageways are out of alignment with the inlet and outlet. In the restricted flow position, at least one flow control passageway is moved into fluid communication with the inlet and outlet to facilitate fluid communication therebetween. In the free flow position, the flow opening is moved into fluid communication with the inlet and outlet to facilitate fluid communication therebetween.

VALVE STEM LIFTER
A valve stem lifter assembly which operates to alternatively open and close a valve, includes a rotatably mounted rotary shaft having a top end axially aligned with a riser with a rigidly connected pull shaft and an opposite end axially aligned with an operator for selectively producing rotational movement of the rotary shaft and corresponding axial movement of the riser and pull shaft. The rotary shaft is rotatably connected to the riser by radius set screws positioned horizontally in the grooves of the rotary shaft. A plurality of guide shaft rods passing through the riser interconnects the riser to the valve stem lifter assembly to prevent axial separation of the riser and rotary shaft, and rotation of the riser, while permitting free relative rotation of the rotary shaft and axial movement of the riser and pull shaft.
Anti-surge recycle valve
An anti-surge recycle valve system for a natural gas line using a pipeline rotary control valve for controlling gas flow through the gas line and a valve controller having a surge-programmable feature including a threshold setpoint deviation limit, which is used to control first and second control valve loops. The first solenoid valve loop drives a rotary high-pressure piston actuator when the linear position sensor determines a setpoint deviation in gas flow below the threshold deviation, and the second solenoid valve loop drives the rotary high-pressure piston actuator when the linear position sensor determines a setpoint deviation in gas flow above the threshold deviation. The system provides ultra-rapid stroking speed in tandem with highly accurate and stable positioning.
Valve trim
A valve trim includes a body having a plurality of parallel flow passages extending from a first end of the body to a second end of the body, opposite the first end. Each flow passage includes a throat and an expansion chamber and each throat is nested between the expansion chambers of directly adjacent flow passages.
Reducing noise in ball valves
A component for a ball valve that is configured to reduce noise. The component or “shoe” can install into the valve body, for example, on a downstream side of a throttling ball. In one implementation, the embodiments comprise an annular ring with an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface is cupped to receive a portion of the throttling ball. The outer surface may have a stepped profile with portions of the annular ring that have concentrically-decreasing diameter. This stepped profile sits in a corresponding recess in the valve body. Welds can be used to secure the shoe in place in lieu of fasteners, like bolts or screws.
ELECTRIC SWITCH VALUE AND VALUE BLOCK THEREOF
An electric switch valve, comprising a valve base and a valve block. The valve base has an upper end surface, and is provided with a first outlet and a second outlet. The valve block has a matching portion and a notch portion. The matching portion is adhered to the upper end surface of the valve base, and can rotate relative to the valve base. The notch portion can be selectively communicated with the first outlet or the second outlet. The valve block further comprises at least one throttling portion. A channel formed in the throttling portion comprises at least one throttling orifice. A valve block, which can not only be applied in an electric switch valve, but also can be applied in valves used for other refrigeration systems so as to achieve the throttling function for the flow of a certain outlet.
