Meter valve

Example aspects of a valve key, a meter valve, and a method for securing a valve key of a meter valve are disclosed. The valve key for a meter valve can comprise a key body defining an upper key body end and a lower key body end, a key head extending from the upper key body end, and a key stem extending from the lower key body end, wherein the key stem, key head, and key body define a monolithic structure, the key stem defining an extension portion and a securing portion, the securing portion defining a securing portion engagement surface.

Mix manifold and valve seal assembly

A mix manifold (16) includes a plurality of valves to control the flow of material therethrough. First and second valves (36a, 36b) are linked for simultaneous actuation. The first and second valves each include valve members (56a, 56b) disposed within and rotatable relative to seal bodies (58a, 58b). The valve members seal against the seal bodies and the seal bodies seal against the manifold. A solvent valve (36c) also includes a valve member (56c) in a seal body (58c). The first and second valves are configured to open only when the solvent valve is closed. The solvent valve is configured to open only when the first and second valves are closed. The solvent valve can rotate between a plurality of positions to control the flow of solvent to flowpaths downstream of the first and second valves.

CENTERING ELECTRONIC ROTARY VALVE

A Centering Electronic Rotary Valve (CERV) includes a drive system and a rotor structure comprising a rotor fluid channel input opening communicated with a rotor fluid channel output opening via a rotor fluid directional channel that is moveable via a rotor shaft. The rotor fluid channel input opening is adjacent to and aligned with one of a plurality of stator input channel bottom opening. The rotor fluid channel output opening is adjacent to and aligned with at least one of the plurality of stator output channel bottom openings. The drive system includes a motor and a microprocessor for (i) controlling the rotor shaft to rotate about an axis M and (ii) for positioning the rotor shaft at a defined circumferential position.

Conical rotation valve

A rotary valve, comprising a valve housing with a valve chamber, wherein the valve chamber has a chamber wall in which at least two fluid openings are provided, wherein the valve chamber has a receiving opening on the end face side, wherein the valve chamber accommodates a valve core, wherein the valve core is provided with a channel structure which interacts with the fluid openings, wherein the valve core is supported in the valve chamber in a rotationally movable manner, wherein the valve chamber is formed in a conical shape.

Plug With Attachable Upper Trunnion

A plug for use in a plug valve includes an attachable upper trunnion that is assembled to the main plug body using fasteners and a male-female dovetail fit. The tensile and compressive loading experienced by the main plug body during its linear motion, and the torsional loading experienced during its 90° rotation, is supported by the fasteners and the dovetail fit.

Gas tap for a gas cooking appliance

According to one embodiment a gas tap is provided that includes a manually operable shaft having a first end coupled to a regulating element and a second end configured to be coupled to a knob that can be operated by a user. The shaft includes a first locking element, and the gas tap includes a second locking element. The shaft is rotational between an initial angular position and a final angular position, and is axially movable when it is arranged in the initial angular position between a first axial position in which the first locking element and the second locking element cooperate with one another, preventing the shaft from being able to rotate, and a second axial position in which the shaft is able to rotate. The user has to pull on the shaft in order to move it from the first axial position to the second axial position.

Switching assembly of gas stove

A switching assembly of a gas stove includes a regulating valve, a knob, a stop board, and a restricting device. The regulating valve has a valve member and a regulating member, which is rotatable to regulate a gas flow through the valve member. The knob is connected to an end of a shaft which is connected to the regulating member with an opposite end thereof, and therefore the regulating member can be rotated by turning the knob. The stop board is located between the valve member and the knob, wherein the stop board has a curved slot, which has a first stop portion and a second stop portion. The restricting member is movable in the curved slot and is restricted by the first or the second stop portions. When the restricting member touches the first stop portion, the switching assembly allows larger gas flow to flow through.

Testing cap for a valve body

A testing cap for a valve body includes a base configured to releasably attach to the valve body and to cover an opening in the valve body. The opening is configured to receive a valve cartridge and the base covers the opening in place of the valve cartridge. The testing cap includes a structure extending from the base. The structure is configured to be oriented relative to the valve body in a first orientation and a second orientation. The structure allows fluid to enter the valve body through an inlet port in the valve body and exit the valve body through an outlet port in the valve body when the structure is oriented in the first orientation. The structure covers at least one of the inlet port and the outlet port when the structure is oriented in the second orientation, thereby preventing fluid flow through the valve body.
