Shut-off device comprising a sealing device
A valve includes a housing and a rotary body arranged notably therein with a through opening for a fluid, wherein a flow path is shut off or is at least partially opened in accordance with the rotational angle position of the rotary body about an axis of rotation, wherein the rotary body is connected to a spindle by which the rotary body is rotatable, wherein the housing is provided with a covering, and wherein the spindle reaches through the covering. The spindle is dynamically sealed by a sealing device which follows movements of the spindle relative to the housing and/or to the covering.
Flow regulating valve of gas stove
A flow regulating valve, including a valve member, a plug member, a connecting member, a fixed base, and a stepper motor. The valve member has a chamber respectively communicating with an inlet hole and an outlet hole thereof. The plug member has an axial bore and a flow regulating structure, the axial bore corresponding to the outlet hole and the flow regulating structure corresponding to the inlet hole. The connecting member is disposed at a side of the plug member and at least a part of the connecting member is exposed to the outside. The fixed base has a through hole, a wall of which is provided with a first block section and a second block section. A space is formed between the first block section and the second block section, and a block of the connection member is located in the space to limit a rotating angle of the plug member. The stepper motor has a rotating shaft connected to the connecting member and a modular flow regulating valve is formed.
Systems and devices for pumping and controlling high temperature fluids
The disclosed technology includes pumps, pipes, valves, seals, and systems for pumping and controlling high temperature fluids, such as liquid tin, at temperatures of between 1000-3000 C. The systems and device may be partially or entirely constructed using brittle materials, such as ceramics, that are capable of withstanding extreme heat without significantly degrading, and may be secured using components made of refractory metals, such as tungsten. The systems and devices may utilize static and dynamic seals made from brittle materials, such as graphite, to enable the high temperature operation of such pumps, pipes, valves, and systems without leakage.

VALVE DEVICE
A valve device comprises a valve, housing, first and second seals. The valve includes a shaft, a rotor connected to the shaft in a first direction, and a first flow path having a first opening. The housing includes a space accommodating the valve, and a second flow path having a second opening in the space. The first seal is between an outer surface of the rotor and an inner surface of the space, and includes a first portion in the first direction and a second portion in a second direction. The second seal is in the second direction, and is between an outer surface of the valve and an inner surface of the space. The valve has a communication path connecting another space with the first flow path, the another space being surrounded by the outer surface of the valve, inner surface of the space, second portion, and second seal.
VALVE DEVICE
A valve device comprises a valve member, a housing, a first seal, and a second seal. The valve member includes a shaft portion rotatable about a rotation axis and a rotor connected to an end of the shaft portion in a first direction along the rotation axis, and, on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor there is a first flow path having a first opening. The housing includes an accommodating portion for accommodating the valve member, and a second flow path having a second opening communicable with the first opening, the accommodating portion having on its inner circumferential surface the second opening. A first seal is disposed between an outer circumferential surface of the rotor and an inner circumferential surface of the accommodating portion. The rotor includes a first region on which a coolant pressure acts in the first direction within the accommodating portion, and a second region on which the coolant pressure acts in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a first area of the first region is below a second area of the second region.
