Pipe support system, and method of use
A pipe support system. The pipe support system comprises a first wedge block and a second opposing wedge block. Each of the wedge blocks comprises a base having walls, and forming an angled top surface. The angled top surfaces face one another and support respective replaceable caps. The caps are configured to support a joint or section of pipe along an outer diameter of the pipe. Beneficially, the distance or spacing between the wedge blocks may be adjusted by an operator to accommodate sections of pipe having different diameters. A method for supporting a section of pipe is also provided.
PIPELINE SKID AND SKID SUPPORT SYSTEM
A pipeline support, comprising: at least one skid-block, comprising a rectangular-shaped solid or hollow surface comprising a top surface; a bottom surface; a left side surface and a right side surface; and a front side surface and a back side surface, wherein the bottom surface comprises a plurality of receiving notches that are capable of interlocking with a width of the top surface of a vertically adjacent skid-block, and wherein the pipe support is capable of supporting a portion of a pipe in a stable position at a desired elevation on a portion of the top surface.
Support assembly and components
A support assembly for constructing and staging a pipeline for installation in a trench. The support assembly includes one or more stacks of support segments. A support segment for the support assembly. Method of using and making the support segments.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONSTRUCTING, SUPPORTING, AND MAINTAINING AN ELEVATED PIPELINE
A support assembly and methods relating thereto is disclosed for supporting a pipeline at a height above the ground. In an embodiment, the support assembly has a central axis and includes a vertical pile assembly configured to be coupled to the ground. In addition, the support assembly includes an upper support member coupled to the vertical pile assembly. The upper support member includes a support surface that is configured to support one or more pipelines. The vertical pile assembly is configured to transition between a retracted position, wherein the support surface is disposed at a height H1 measured axially from the ground, and an extended position, wherein the support surface is disposed at a height H2 measured axially from the ground that is greater than the height H1.
CABLE LAYING DEVICE
The present application relates to a cable laying device. The cable laying device is used for transporting and laying a cable, and comprises: a base section and an extension section with adjustable length, wherein the extension section and the base section are connected to each other at their longitudinal ends and are moveable relative to each other, the base section is configured to include one elongated cable carrier, and the extension section is configured to include at least one elongated cable carrier, wherein for the base section and the extension section, the cable carrier a carrying portion for holding the cables, wherein the carrying portion enables the cables to move along with the cable carriers of the base section and the extension section, and wherein the height of the base section and/or the extension section can be adjusted.
Adjustable support apparatus and method of use
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for providing a support apparatus are provided. The support device may be a height-adjustable pipe support apparatus. A support apparatus may include a base having a threaded slug therein, a pad plate, a rod sleeve coupled to the pad plate, an adjustment rod coupled between the base and the rod sleeve, at least a portion of the adjustment rod being threadedly receivable by the rod sleeve and the threaded slug, the adjustment rod coupling the base and the pad plate, wherein a rotational movement of the adjustment rod is configured to adjust a distance between the base and the pad plate. A base plate may be coupled to the base and configured to couple to an external element.
Pipe support stand having saddle, and method of use
A pipe support system includes a pipe base, a threaded stud having a head, a saddle supported above the pipe base, and a shoe removably nested along a concave upper surface of the saddle. Methods for installing the pipe support system include determining a height of a joint of pipe above a ground surface; selecting a length of pipe for the pipe base in accordance with the height of the joint of pipe above the ground surface, thereby making a macro-adjustment; and rotating a threaded stud relative to a stud housing in order to make a micro-adjustment to the height of t\he joint of pipe; and placing the joint of pipe onto the shoe, thereby supporting the pipe above the ground surface. A method for replacing the shoe when it becomes worn is also provided by reversing said installation.
Header delivery system
A header delivery system and method for performing a pigging operation on a process tube connected to a header pipe. The header delivery system is insertable in the header pipe and has a launcher pipe for launching an inspection or cleaning tool to the process tube. A tube coupler for coupling to the process tube and a bumper are connected to the launcher pipe. A jack apparatus is configured to position the tube coupler and the bumper. A wedge assembly is connected to the launcher pipe and has a first actuating wedge and a first extension wedge. A first linear actuator is connected to the first actuating wedge and is configured to move the first extension wedge and the tube coupler mount apart from one another to position the tube coupler and the bumper from a retracted position to an extended position.
Conduit stub-up eliminator assembly
A conduit stub-up eliminator assembly as disclosed herein comprises an elbow including a first connector end for securing to a horizontal in-slab raceway, in use, and a second connector end having a threaded collar with an opening for selectively receiving a vertical above slab raceway, in use. A stub extends radially outward proximate the collar. A supporting device comprises an elongate rail having a plurality of spaced openings sized to receive the stub and having a length corresponding to the select thickness. A turned in base is for attachment to formwork prior to pouring of concrete to form the concrete slab. The pipe fitting stub is received in a select one of the rail openings so that the collar opening is spaced from the base a distance corresponding to the select thickness so that the collar opening is flush with the surface of the concrete slab.
