In various aspects, the present disclosure provides a fuel quick connector including the fuel quick connector body, a retainer component, and an O-ring.
METHODS OF CLEANING A DRINKING HOSE (STRAW)
A personal hydration system is disclosed that includes a reservoir and a drinking hose (drinking straw). The drinking hose is in fluid communication with the reservoir and includes a textured (irregular) inner surface configuration to facilitate cleaning of the drinking hose. In certain embodiments of the disclosure, the drinking hose is configured and provided as a standalone component (product).
Method for making a threaded connection for pipes, such as oil and gas pipes
A threaded connection includes a first tube having a pin, the pin having pin threads, a circumferential concave outer pin surface, and a pin torque shoulder at a free end, the concave outer pin surface including a pin seal surface and a continuous extension from the pin seal surface to the pin torque shoulder. A second tube has a box, the box has box threads for interacting with the pin threads, a circumferential inner box surface and a box torque shoulder. The inner box surface has a radially inwardly extending box seal surface, the pin seal surface contacts the box seal surface to define a seal. The seal is spaced from the free end when the pin and box torque shoulders contact, the continuous extension continuing from the seal to the pin torque shoulder. A method for making-up a threaded connection is also provided.
A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WITH HYGIENISATION CAPACITY
The present invention relates to a water distribution system with hygienisation capacity. According to a first aspect, the present invention describes a water distribution system (I) comprising a water supply, a heating source (IO0) or a point of inflow of externally heated water, at least one sensor measuring water quality, a flow path for water with a user outflow UO, and a control unit for operation of the water distribution system (1), said at least one sensor measuring water quality being connected to the control unit, wherein the water distribution system (I) comprises tubing in a tubing system where at least one portion of the tubing system in the water distribution system (1) comprises a tubing portion which is made of a plastic material comprising silver and/or zinc to provide an inner anti-biofilm of that tubing portion.
EASILY POLYMERIZABLE SUBSTANCE HANDLING DEVICE
An easily polymerizable substance handling device is provided that can prevent generation of irregularities and steps between a pipeline and a cover member due to the cover member being installed at an opening part of the pipeline. A cover part 3 is formed to have a curved surface 3a on a side closer to inside of a pipeline 1. The shape of the surface 3a on the pipeline 1 side is preferably a concave shape when viewed from inside of the pipeline 1. The shape of the surface 3a of the cover part 3 on the pipeline 1 side is more preferably the shape of a curved surface having a curvature radius equal or approximate to that of the internal circumference of the pipeline 1. With this configuration, a polymer material is unlikely to be generated at the cover part 3 and around a gap 1b at an opening part 1a, and the frequency of cleaning can be reduced as compared to conventional cases.
Non-threaded tubular connection
A technique facilitates connection of tubulars along a tubing string via a linear motion. A first tubular is provided with a first connector end having a non-circular transverse cross-section, and a second tubular is provided with a second connector end having a corresponding non-circular transverse cross-section. The non-circular cross-section and the corresponding non-circular cross-section are designed to matingly engage when the first and second tubulars are moved linearly toward each other to form a tubing string. A seal is provided to seal the first connector end with the second connector end once linearly engaged. A locking mechanism may be employed to linearly lock the first connector end with the second connector end.
OPTIMIZED CONNECTION ASSEMBLY BETWEEN TWO PORTIONS OF A SUPPLY LINE FOR A CRYOGENIC FLUID, INCLUDING AN ADDITIONAL THERMAL INSULATION CHAMBER AND A FLUID EXPANSION CHAMBER
A connection assembly between two portions of a supply line for a cryogenic fluid, the assembly including a male nozzle arranged to be at least partially inserted into a female nozzle together forming a tight mechanical link, over a distance of a few centimeters, a thermal insulation chamber for each of the two line portions and an additional thermal insulation chamber to thermally insulate the connection zone of the two line portions, and an expansion chamber for the cryogenic fluid that is configured to be linked to a cryogenic fluid sensor, arranged about the connection zone of the two line portions. This enables two cryogenic fluid line portions to be connected without requiring one portion to be inserted into the other portion over a significant length, thereby enhancing mechanical flexibility and obviating the need for significant free space about the connection assembly to assemble and disassemble the assembly.
Bracket and use
A bracket for pipe profiles includes a body with a center hole for enclosing a pipe profile in the center hole where the body includes at least two non-elastic bracket parts with internal surfaces towards the center hole and external surfaces. The bracket parts' internal surfaces include at least two radial spokes with spoke end surfaces for contact against the pipe profile. A ring shaped elastic gasket may be placed around each spoke end surface, which together with the spoke end surfaces has contact against the pipe profile. The invention also includes use of the bracket for mounting pipe profiles. The bracket has a shape, which ensures hygienic tight connection between bracket and pipe profile and the pipe profile is mechanically supported. The bracket can therefore be used in environments with high hygiene requirements, for example in the foodstuff industry.
LOW TEMPERATURE FLUID DUAL STRUCTURE PIPE AND LOW TEMPERATURE FLUID DUAL STRUCTURE STORAGE TANK
A low temperature fluid dual structure pipe includes: an inner pipe through which a low temperature fluid flows; and an outer pipe externally fitted to the inner pipe with a sealed tubular space therebetween. An inactive gas having a melting point and a boiling point each of which is equal to or higher than a temperature of the low temperature fluid is filled in the tubular space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. When the low temperature fluid flows through the inner pipe, the inactive gas is liquefied or solidified, and therefore, at least one of a liquefied inactive gas layer and a solidified inactive gas layer is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe. As a result, a pseudo vacuum layer that is in a substantially vacuum state is formed in the tubular space.
VALVE PACKAGE FOR HVAC SYSTEM
A heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a conduit assembly with a first conduit segment, a second conduit segment, and a rotational fitting fluidly coupling the first conduit segment and the second conduit segment to one another. The conduit assembly is configured to fluidly couple to a port of a heat exchanger of the HVAC system, and the rotational fitting is configured to enable the first conduit segment and the second conduit segment to rotate relative to one another between a first orientation and a second orientation and maintain a connection between the first conduit segment and the second conduit segment during relative rotation between the first conduit segment and the second conduit segment.
