PIPE AND CONTAINER TREATMENT FACILITY COMPRISING SUCH A PIPE
A pipe includes at least one first section connected to a second section by a hinged element allowing a predetermined angular movement of the first section relative to the second section under a predetermined minimum force. The hinged element includes two end pieces connected respectively to the first section and to the second section and hinged with each other to allow the angular movement, and a tube having ends connected to the end pieces so as to be elastically deformable under the predetermined force according to the predetermined angular movement. The sections and the end pieces themselves are rigid under the predetermined minimum force. A treatment facility include such pipes.
Articulating faucet
A water delivery device includes a first conduit section and a second conduit section rotatably coupled to the first conduit section by a magnetic joint. The magnetic joint includes a plurality of magnets that cooperatively define a plurality of rotational positions between the first conduit 5 section and the second conduit section.
Hose nut, water hose assembly comprising the hose nut and shower system comprising the water hose assembly
The present invention provides a hose nut for connecting a shower head to a water hose which can be easily and slidably attached on a wall by utilizing magnetic attraction forces. The present invention also provides a water hose assembly comprising a water hose and the hose nut connect to the water hose. Furthermore, the present invention provides a shower system comprising the water hose assembly, a shower head and a holding device mounted on a wall for attachment of the hose nut.
BOOM TURRET FOR AN EXCAVATION VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREOF
A boom turret for a debris body. The boom turret includes an inlet defining an inlet axis and configured to couple to a hose. An outlet defining an outlet axis and configured to rotatably couple to the debris body. The inlet axis is substantially orthogonal to the outlet axis and a debris flow path is defined within the boom turret between the inlet and the outlet. A plate is disposed between the inlet and the outlet and has a surface at least partially defining the debris flow path through the boom turret. A nozzle is coupled to the plate and extends into the debris flow path. A pressure vessel is configured to hold a charge of pressurized fluid, and the pressure vessel is coupled in flow communication with the nozzle and selectively releases the charge of pressurized fluid through the nozzle to dislodge accumulated debris within the debris flow path.
Multi-directional gutter downspout system, and methods of making and using same
Disclosed herein is a water diverter comprising an adapter having a first end portion configured to be mounted to a lower end section of a gutter downspout, and a second end portion, and a curved pipe rotatably attached to the second end portion. Methods of making and using the diverter, and corresponding systems, also are described.
Cleaner and cleaning device having the same
A cleaner includes a first extension pipe connected to a suction portion contacting a surface to be cleaned, and a second extension pipe coupled to a cleaner body having a driver generating suction force, and rotatably coupled to the first extension pipe. The first and second extension pipes operate in a first arrangement configured to allow the second extension pipe to be arranged in a longitudinal direction of the first extension pipe, and a second arrangement configured to allow the second extension pipe to rotate in a first direction from the first arrangement such that the first extension pipe and the second extension pipe are arranged to face each other. Such configuration enables a user to increase cleaning efficiency.
MULTI-AXIS ROTATABLE COUPLING ELEMENT FOR A HOSE OR PIPE
A multi-axis rotatable coupling element for a hose or pipe comprising a rotation assembly coupled between a female fitting and a male fitting. The female fitting has a first female threaded end connector for attachment to a hose or spigot, and a second end connector. The male fitting has a third male threaded end for attachment to a hose or spigot, and a fourth end connector. The rotation assembly consists of a first and second rotation member and a single continuous internal channel. The first and second rotation member are rotatable about a first and second axis of rotation, respectively, and have a first and second longitudinal bore for conveying fluid, respectively. The first and second axes of rotation may be different. The single continuous internal channel comprises at least the first and second longitudinal bore and conveys a fluid between the female fitting and the male fitting.
A COIN HANDLING APPARATUS
A coin handling apparatus having: a first coin position; a second coin position; and a pipe for transporting coins from the first to the second coin position. The pipe is jointed and has a rigid, elongate element having a straight, elongate portion and a curved portion at a first end of the straight, elongate portion. The pipe further includes a rigid, curved element. The curved portion and the curved element are connected to define a continuous passageway through the curved element and the elongate element. The curved element, at least before mounting of the pipe in the coin handling apparatus, is rotatable in relation to the elongate element, such that an angle between a first opening of the curved element and a direction extending along the straight elongate portion is variable.
MAGNETIC JOINT
A magnetic joint includes a first member and a second member. The first member includes a first plurality of magnets spaced annularly apart from each other. The second member includes a second plurality of magnets spaced annularly apart from each other. The first member is rotatably coupled to the second member. The first member is configured to be coupled to a first component and the second member is configured to be coupled to a second component. The first plurality of magnets and the second plurality of magnets are configured to cooperatively define a plurality of rotational positions between the first component and the second component.
