Articulating faucet with progressive magnetic joint
A faucet includes a base and a spout. The base is configured to be coupled to a mounting surface. The spout is rotatably coupled to the base. The spout includes a plurality of magnetic joints each including a different number of magnetic members, and a plurality of conduits rotatably coupled to each other by a magnetic joint of the plurality of magnetic joints. The spout extends from the base to a free end configured to discharge a fluid. The plurality of magnetic joints are arranged such that the number of magnetic members on each magnetic joint progressively increases from the free end to the base.
Coin handling apparatus
A coin handling apparatus having: a first coin position; a second coin position; and a pipe for transporting coins from the first to the second coin position. The pipe is jointed and has a rigid, elongate element having a straight, elongate portion and a curved portion at a first end of the straight, elongate portion. The pipe further includes a rigid, curved element. The curved portion and the curved element are connected to define a continuous passageway through the curved element and the elongate element. The curved element, at least before mounting of the pipe in the coin handling apparatus, is rotatable in relation to the elongate element, such that an angle between a first opening of the curved element and a direction extending along the straight elongate portion is variable.
TIRE INFLATION SYSTEM AND CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT
A connection arrangement for a tire inflation system. The connection arrangement includes a rotary union and a hose assembly. A main body of the hose assembly is insertable into and removeable from a receptacle cavity of the rotary union when in a first rotational position. A locking protrusion of the hose assembly is received in the locking opening of the rotary union to secure the main body to the rotary union when in the second rotational position.
Couplings
A coupling component having a first end and a second end, the fitting having a longitudinal axis between the first end and the second end, the first end of the component including a first tubular portion having a first internal diameter adapted to form a sliding fit with a first pipe section, and a first sealer adapted such that the first end can be sealed in use to the first pipe section; the second end having a second diameter or cross-sectional area which is larger than the first diameter and wherein the second end incorporates a flange, wherein at least part of the face of said flange is in a plane substantially non-perpendicular to, or offset from, the longitudinal axis of the component.
Pre-assembled gas plumbing system and methods
The invention relates generally to natural gas plumbing systems. More specifically, the present invention relates to a plumbing system that is preassembled to a large extent at a manufacturing site prior to shipping to the site of installation. The pre-assembled plumbing system may be used to convey gas to, for example, a fire pit, outdoor gas grill, fire bowl, gas lighting, and fire tables. The pre-assembled plumbing system may be easily installed and may include a flexible gas pipe, a transition riser, and a lead-in assembly. Further, the lead-in assembly may include a swivel joint configured to provide 360 degrees of multi-plane range of motion. The plumbing system may be coiled for storage and then transported to a site. Advantageously, the plumbing system is manufactured and sold as a single pre-assembled unit, thereby facilitating the ease and speed with which the plumbing system can be installed.
Fluid handling devices
Quick disconnect fluid coupling devices described herein. The fluid couplings are configured for use in fluid systems for the purpose of providing a low-spill quick disconnect coupling. The fluid couplings include portions that are pivotable in relation to each other to open and close a fluid pathway through the fluid couplings. Particular embodiments of these fluid coupling can be configured to improve medical fluid handling equipment because the fluid coupling devices can be connected and disconnected (e.g., multiple times) while minimizing fluid spillage.
PIVOTING SPRAY HEAD FAUCET
A pivotable spray head for connection to a faucet for expelling water is described herein. The spray head includes a spray head top portion having an inlet to receive water from the faucet and a spray head bottom portion having an outlet to expel water. The spray head further includes a pivoting joint mechanism structured to pivot the spray head relative to the faucet about a pivot axis.
PLUMBING ADAPTER
A plumbing adapter for use in connecting two plumbing interfaces to one another. The plumbing adapter, which is configured to move between multiple positions in order to accommodate any misalignment between the two plumbing interfaces, comprises a base frame (22) supporting an inner ring (12) and an outer ring (14), wherein the inner ring (12) inner diameter defines a first central longitudinal axis (16), wherein the outer ring (14) inner diameter defines a second central longitudinal axis (18), wherein the inner ring and the outer ring are both rotatable within the base frame such that the first central longitudinal axis (16) and the second central longitudinal axis (18) can be moved with respect to one another in order to accommodate for misalignment between the first plumbing interface and the second plumbing interface.
