The outer side of the arc-shaped concave cavity is provided with connecting column and racks. The upper cover is provided with a pressing concave cavity corresponding to each arc-shaped concave cavity. The base and upper cover configured to form a pipe cavity by combining one arc-shaped concave cavity and one pressing concave cavity. The upper cover is provided with a perforation corresponding to the connecting column and the connecting column is configured to penetrate through the perforation so that the upper cover can rotate around the connecting column.
