EXPANDABLE HOSE
Provided is a connection assembly for connecting to inner and outer hoses. The connection assembly includes a first connector assembly, a second connector assembly, a first hose connector assembly coupled to the connector assembly and configured to be coupled to the inner and outer hoses, the first hose connector assembly including a first tube connector configured to be coupled to the inner hose and a first collar configured to be coupled to the outer hose, and a second hose connector assembly coupled to the second connector assembly and configured to be coupled to the inner and outer hoses, the second hose connector assembly including a second tube connector configured to be coupled to the inner hose and a second collar configured to be coupled to the outer hose, wherein the second tube connector has a cross-sectional area that is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the first tube connector.
Pitot tube heater assembly
A pitot tube includes an outer tube extending from a first tube end to second tube end. The second tube end defines a tip portion of the pitot tube. A tube sleeve is located inside of the outer tube and defines a tube passage extending from the first tube end to the second tube end. A heating element is located between the outer tube and the tube sleeve. The heating element is isolated from airflow into the tube passage. A method of forming a pitot tube includes installing a heating element to an outer surface of a tube sleeve, the tube sleeve defining a tube passage of the pitot tube. The tube sleeve is secured in an outer tube such that the heating element is between the tube sleeve and the outer tube and is isolated from airflow through the tube passage.
STRUCTURE OF RESIN-MADE PIPE JOINT
A structure of a resin-made pipe joint includes a sleeve which is press-insertable from one axial side into one longitudinal end portion of a flexible tube to flare the one longitudinal end portion to hold the flared state, a joint body which is couplable to the sleeve, and a union nut which is fastenable to the joint body to hold a state where the sleeve press-inserted into the one longitudinal end portion is coupled to the joint body. The sleeve has a taper-like first outer circumferential surface, a second outer circumferential surface having an outer diameter that is smaller than a maximum outer diameter of the first outer circumferential surface, and an annular step portion which is an annular step portion that is disposed between the first outer circumferential surface and the second outer circumferential surface and comprises an edge portion on a side of the first outer circumferential surface.
STRUCTURE OF RESIN-MADE PIPE JOINT
A structure of a resin-made pipe joint includes a joint body having a cylindrical shape, a sleeve having a cylindrical press-inserting portion which is press-insertable into the joint body and a cylindrical coupling portion which is press-insertable into a tube, and a fastening member for fixing the tube which is in a state where the coupling portion is press-inserted, to the joint body through the sleeve. The sleeve contains a sealing surface in an outer circumferential surface of the press-inserting portion, the sealing surface being closely contactable with an inner circumferential surface of the joint body, and comprises a non-contacting surface between the press-inserting portion and the coupling portion, the non-contacting surface forming a space with respect to the inner circumferential surface of the joint body, when the sealing surface is closely contacted with the inner circumferential surface of the joint body.
Pipe joint made of synthetic resin
A pipe joint made of synthetic resin includes: a joint body including a male screw portion on an outer circumferential portion; and a union nut including a female screw portion formed on an inner circumferential portion such that the female screw portion is tightened onto the male screw portion of the joint body. An outer circumferential surface of the joint body has a projection portion that is integrated therewith and projects radially outward. An inner circumferential surface of the union nut has a convex or concave engagement portion that is integrated therewith and engages with the projection portion when the union nut is tightened up to an appropriate position.
FLEXIBLE JOINT
Disclosed is a flexible joint including: a socket including a front end portion provided with O-ring grooves, and a male threaded portion extending outward radially, circumferentially, and stepwisely from the front end portion with male threads formed thereon; a nut including an engaging portion engaged with an outer circumferential surface of the front end portion, and a female threaded portion extending stepwisely from the engaging portion and engaged with the male threaded portion; a sprinkler flexible tube communicating with an inner circumference of the socket, and having an enlarged portion inserted between the front end portion of the socket and the engaging portion of the nut, and a leak-proof portion or a double bent portion bent outward from an end of the enlarged portion; and O-rings fitted over the O-ring grooves, whereby the enlarged portion presses the O-rings to come into close contact with each other, thereby preventing leakage.
Armored hose assembly
A hose assembly is provided having a bendable inner hose, a bendable outer hose, and a ferrule, wherein both the inner and outer hose are connected to the ferrule.
Hydraulic Coupling System
A hydraulic coupling system is configured to couple a hydraulic hose to a hydraulic cylinder and includes: a compressive adapter assembly including: a first adapter portion configured to receive a portion of the hydraulic hose, and a second adapter portion configured to engage an inlet tube of the hydraulic cylinder, wherein a first tube portion of the inlet tube of the hydraulic cylinder is configured to be received within a portion of the hydraulic hose; and a compressive sleeve assembly configured to engage the compressive adapter assembly and radially compress the first adapter portion of the compressive adapter assembly onto an outer surface of the portion of the hydraulic hose, thus compressing an inner surface of the portion of the hydraulic hose onto the first tube portion of the inlet tube of the hydraulic cylinder.
Hose connector
A hose connector has: a cap, a connecting pipe and an assembly pipe. The cap has an inner ring and an outer ring, and the inner ring is provided with an inner threaded hole. The cap further has a socket hole connected with the inner threaded hole, the outer ring is provided with an outer threaded section. The connecting pipe has an inserting portion at one end and a first threaded portion at another end. The inserting portion has a neck section and a stopping ring. The inserting portion is disposed in the socket hole of the cap. The stopping ring comprises at least one protrusion facing the groove. The assembly pipe has a through hole and a convex ring at one end and a second threaded portion at another end. The second threaded portion of the assembly pipe engages with the inner threaded hole of the cap.
