SEALING MEMBER AND PIPE JOINT
An inner ring 4 of a pipe joint 1 includes a cylindrical body portion 5 having a communication hole 5a for providing communication between flow passage holes 2c and 8a of a joint body 2 and a tube 8, and an annular primary sealing portion 11 projecting from a radially inner side of an axially outer end portion of the body portion 5 toward an axially outer side and to be press-fitted into an annular primary sealing groove 2d formed on the joint body 2. The primary sealing portion 11 is formed so as to be tapered from an axially inner end thereof toward an axially outer end thereof in an axial cross-sectional view, and has a flat surface 11c extending from a radially outer end 11b of the axially outer end thereof toward the radially inner side.
Reversible brake tube connector
A fluid connector assembly comprising a reversible connector body having female and male end portions. The male end portion having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the female end portion. The female end portion including an internal bore extending through the female end portion from an annular opening to an inner seat. The male end portion including an internal bore extending from an abutment face at a head end of the male end portion to an opening at the female end portion inner seat. A first tube having a concave flared end installed on the inner seat of the reversible connector body engages a spherical/convex flared end of a second tube installed on the abutting face of another reversible connector body when the male end portion of the another reversible connector body is installed in the female end portion of the reversible connector body.
Method and apparatus to assemble a high purity liquid distribution system
A method and apparatus for assembling a high purity liquid distribution system is described. A distal end portion of the tube is heated then pushed over a sleeve so that the distal end portion can have a shrink seal fit over the sleeve to mitigate accidental or inadvertent pull out of the tube from a fitting. Other benefits are also achieved such as minimal flow restriction of the liquid flowing through the joint and the tube.
Resin tube fitting
A resin tube fitting prevents backwaters between its body and inner ring. The fitting includes a body, an inner ring, and a union nut. The body has main, outer, and inner sleeves, and a groove. The inner ring has a cylinder, an insert, and outer and inner protrusions. The union nut has a body and a pressing member. The inner sleeve has a through hole serving as a channel. The inner protrusion extends from the cylinder to an axial direction to contact the inner sleeve. The inner protrusion has a through hole serving as another channel connected with the inner sleeve's channel. The tip of the inner protrusion has an inner diameter not less than the minimum inner diameter of the inner sleeve. An inner peripheral surface is located at the inner periphery of the inner protrusion and causes it to reduce in inner diameter toward another axial direction.
COUPLING DEVICE AND A METHOD OF USING A COUPLING DEVICE
This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for a coupling device. In an aspect, a coupling device is configured with at least one fastener for compressing and also opening the coupling and a pushing bolt configured to apply an unlocking force on an object to be coupled by the coupling device. In another aspect, a method for engaging or disengaging a coupling device is disclosed. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
Multi-lumen hose and connector nipple
A multi-lumen hose connector nipple and a multi-lumen hose equipped therewith. The multi-lumen hose connector nipple includes a nipple basic section through which a plurality of separate fluid conduits extend in each case between a first and a second nipple connector side, a plurality of hose lumen plug-in sockets integral with the nipple basic section, which sockets extend juxtaposed on the first nipple connector side with an intermediate hose lumen wall accommodation space left therebetween, wherein a socket interior space of each of the hose lumen plug-in sockets is assigned to a respective one of the fluid conduits and opens out axially, and a socket strutting structure within the socket interior space of at least one of the hose lumen plug-in sockets.
Leak-proof tube fitting assembly structure
A leak-proof tube fitting assembly structure includes a liquid tube, a liquid tube fitting, and a nut for locking and connecting the liquid tube and the liquid tube fitting. The liquid tube fitting has a first connecting end, a first threaded connecting portion and a second connecting end that are axially arranged in sequence in a forward direction. The first threaded connecting portion has a first external thread. Thereby, the sealing performance of the connection of the liquid tube and the liquid tube fitting is improved to prevent leakage.
GARDEN HOSE WITH METAL SHEATH AND FABRIC COVER
A garden hose has an inner tube for conveying water at domestic water pressure from a first coupler disposed at a first end of the inner tube to a second coupler disposed at a second end of the inner tube, the inner tube being waterproof and flexible, the first coupler adapted to threadedly connect to a conventional water faucet and the second coupler adapted to threadedly connect to a conventional garden appliance. The hose has a metal sheath disposed over the inner tube and extending from the first coupler to the second coupler, the flexible metal sheath having a first shoulder near the first coupler and a second shoulder near the second coupler, the metal sheath being flexible, and a fabric sheath disposed over the metal sheath and fixed to the metal sheath by a first constricting band disposed at the first shoulder and a second constricting band disposed at the second shoulder.
INNER RING AND PIPE JOINT
An inner ring 4 of a pipe joint 1 includes a bulge portion 6 formed at an axially outer end portion thereof so as to project toward a radially outer side, and to be press-fitted into an end portion of a tube 8, and has a fluid flow passage 4a formed on a radially inner side of the bulge portion 6.
