Steam Hose with Internal Liner for Chemical Cleaning
A hose conducts high-temperature steam combined with cleaning solution in a cleaning operation. The hose comprises an external liner, an intermediate conduit, and an internal liner. The external liner comprises first braiding and is disposed along a longitudinal length of the hose. The intermediate conduit is disposed in the external liner along the longitudinal length of the hose. The intermediate conduit has a plurality of corrugations disposed laterally in the tubular wall of the intermediate conduit. The internal liner comprises second braiding and is disposed in the intermediate conduit along the longitudinal length of the hose. The internal liner provided a full bore for the hose configured to conduct the high temperature steam combined with the cleaning solution in a volatilized mixture.
HEATED RESPIRATORY HOSE CONNECTION
Unwinding a portion of a support helix that comprises a heating wire from a wall of a hose at an end of the hose; sleeving a length of heatshrink tubing at least partly onto the unwound portion of the support helix; heating the heatshrink tubing to shrink onto at least part of the unwound portion of the support helix; and at an end of the unwound portion, directly connecting the heating wire to an electrical contact of an electrical connector.
POLYPHENYLENE SULFIDE OR POLYPHENYLENE SULFIDE ALLOY IMPACT-RESISTANT FUEL QUICK CONNECTOR
A fuel quick connector body according to various aspects of the present disclosure includes a wall. The wall extends along a longitudinal axis between a first end and a second end. The wall defines a passage between the first end and the second end. The body includes a polymer. The polymer includes polyphenylene sulfide in an amount greater than or equal to about 70 weight percent. The polymer may have a flexural modulus of less than or equal to about 4 GPa. The polymer may have a notched ISO impact strength of greater than or equal to about 25 kJ/m.sup.2. The polymer may have an elongation at break of greater than or equal to about 15%. In various aspects, the present disclosure provides a fuel quick connector including the fuel quick connector body, a retainer component, and an O-ring.
Coupler for Connecting Flexible Hoses
An improved coupler for connecting flexible hoses and tubing has a coupler connecter and an integrated longitudinally extending insert spear. The insert spear is provided with an array of spiraled woodscrew-type threads. The threads of the array of spiraled threads are preferably sharp and coarsely pitched to readily engage the interior sidewall of the internal bore of a hose or tubing segment. Rotation of the insert spear with the spiraled threads will draw the insert spear fully into the internal bore of the tubing segment. The improved coupler may be provided with at least one radial band positioned around the insert spear that serves to seal the internal bore of the tubing segment and hold the insert spear in place.

Connection device and connection device set
A connection device includes a tube that is branched to two passages from a branch portion and includes a first and second branch tubes provided on one end side as a liquid-feeding destination, a first protruding plate that includes, on another end side, first another end edge provided in a direction orthogonal to an axis line of the first branch tube and that is provided so as to protrude from an outer circumference portion of the tube, and a second protruding plate that is provided so as to face the first protruding plate across the tube and protrude in a diameter direction of the tube and that includes, on the other end side, second another end edge provided so as to be orthogonal to an axis line of the second branch tube.
Multi-lumen hose and connector nipple
A multi-lumen hose connector nipple and a multi-lumen hose equipped therewith. The multi-lumen hose connector nipple includes a nipple basic section through which a plurality of separate fluid conduits extend in each case between a first and a second nipple connector side, a plurality of hose lumen plug-in sockets integral with the nipple basic section, which sockets extend juxtaposed on the first nipple connector side with an intermediate hose lumen wall accommodation space left therebetween, wherein a socket interior space of each of the hose lumen plug-in sockets is assigned to a respective one of the fluid conduits and opens out axially, and a socket strutting structure within the socket interior space of at least one of the hose lumen plug-in sockets.
