Adjustable multi-port connector and valve
A multi-fitting rotatable fluid connection apparatus comprising a fluid entry fitting and first and second fluid discharge fittings. The fluid entry fitting comprises a first end connector threaded for attachment to a fluid source, and first and second distribution connectors. The first fluid discharge fitting has a first intake connector which receives fluid from the first distribution connector. A first rotation member is coupled between the first intake connector and the first distribution connector such that the first fluid discharge fitting is rotatable about a first axis of rotation. The second fluid discharge fitting has a second intake connector which receives fluid from the second distribution connector. A second rotation member is coupled between the second intake connector and the second distribution connector such that the second fluid discharge fitting is rotatable about a second axis of rotation.

Pipe fitting incorporating a spherical spin weld
A two-piece connection between a supply pipe from a source of water and a connection to a fire sprinkler with the connector having a first or rear section entirely above a ceiling and a second or front section connected to the first section with the connection entirely above a ceiling and the forward portion of second section connected to the fire sprinkler. The first connector section, located entirely above a ceiling, has a spherical male sidewall with a rounded leading edge and a rear portion of the second connector section has a spherical female interior surface.
PIPE FITTING INCORPORATING A SPHERICAL SPIN WELD

The first connector section, located entirely above a ceiling, has a spherical male sidewall with a rounded leading edge and a rear portion of the second connector section has a spherical female interior surface.
PIPE CONNECTING SYSTEM
A pipe connecting system for first and second pipe pieces extending along a common longitudinal axis includes a clamp. The pipe pieces each have first end and first clamping surfaces. The clamp has first and second contact surfaces lying against respective clamping surfaces to prevent the clamping surfaces from moving away from one another, while leaving a space between the first and second end surfaces. A retaining ring has a sealing connection attachment to the second pipe piece, and on which a sealing ring is mounted, the sealing ring lying against a circumferential first sealing surface of the first pipe piece. An interior of the first and second pipe pieces between the two pipe pieces is sealed against the surrounding environment by the sealing connection. The two pipe pieces can move towards one another without the first sealing ring moving out of contact with the first sealing surface.
Composite connectors and methods of manufacturing the same
A method of manufacturing a composite connector for a fluid transfer conduit is provided which comprises applying continuous fibre reinforcement, oriented at least partially circumferentially and pre-impregnated with a thermoplastic polymer to a tubular mould portion which extends substantially parallel to a central axis C; applying at least one further mould portion to form a complete mould in which the continuous fibre reinforcement is enclosed and injecting a thermoplastic polymer into the mould to form a connector with a tubular hub portion and a flange portion which extends from the hub portion at an angle to the central axis C. The tubular hub portion comprises a tubular seal section with an inner layer and an outer wherein the inner layer comprises the continuous fibre reinforcement and the outer layer comprises the injected thermoplastic polymer.
Rotatable Pipe Adapter
A pipe adapter includes a first tubular element having a first portion and a second portion axially adjacent the first portion defining a socket. A second tubular element has a first portion and a second portion axially adjacent the first portion, the first portion defining a distal end sized for insertion into the socket and having a radially extending stop. An annular sealing member is located between the first portion of the second tubular element and the second portion of the first tubular element and provides an axial seal therebetween. An annular securing member is rotatably disposed around the first portion of the second tubular element and located within and fixed to the socket. The annular securing member contacts the stop to secure the second tubular element axially relative to the first tubular element while also allowing the second tubular element to rotate relative to the first tubular element and annular securing member.
Rotatable Pipe Adapter
A pipe adapter includes a first tubular element, a second tubular element, and an annular securing member disposed around and fixed to a second portion of the first tubular element. The annular securing member has a flange portion that contacts and secures the second tubular element axially relative to the first tubular element while also allowing the second tubular element to rotate relative to the first tubular element and the annular securing member. An annular sealing member is located around the first portion of the second tubular element to provide an axial seal along the adapter.
Connection system for push joint valve and fittings
A push joint adapter is connectable to one or more push joint pipe fittings in a pipeline. The push joint adapter includes an insertion section insertable into a socket of a push joint pipe fitting in an interference fit, a pipeline section connectable with the pipeline, and a collar disposed between the insertion section and the pipeline section. A restraint ring assembly cooperable with the push joint pipe fitting includes a restraint ring secured to the pipeline section and engaging the collar and a restraint rod connected to the restraint ring. The push joint adapter facilitates connecting push joint gasketed bell gate valves and fittings in a pipeline such as a polyethylene pipeline.
