A line coupling having a housing which has a tube connection piece and a housing head. A passage duct extends from a first opening, which is formed by the tube connection piece, to a second opening, which is formed by the housing head. A tube connection structure is arranged in the passage duct. The tube connection structure is connected in a form-fitting manner via first coupling means to a first end of an inner tube which extends out of the housing head through the second opening. The section of the passage duct between the first opening and tube connection structure and inner tube form a flow duct for fluid. A container is also disclosed having a container housing which forms a container hollow space and a container opening. The container opening is formed by an outwardly projecting connection piece, and has a line coupling.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SEALING AN END CAP ON AN INSULATED PIPE SYSTEM

An apparatus and method for sealing an end cap on an insulated pipe system is provided. A flexible body having a top, a bottom, a first side and a second side acts to prevent the ingress of moisture into an insulated pipe system at the connection between the end cap and the pipe. The top of the flexible body has an end cap receiver. The bottom of the flexible body circumferentially engages the pipe. The flexible body is sealable to the pipe by a sealant. The end cap receiver accepts an edge of an end cap. A flexible band circumferentially engages the flexible body to hold the flexible body on the pipe.

METHOD OF USING ROLLED CONNECTING SYSTEMS FOR ADJACENT ENDS OF INSULATION TUBING
20200290292 · 2020-09-17 · ·

A method of applying a pressure sensitive transfer adhesive to at least two end faces of insulation tubing, using a rolled connection system for adjacent ends of insulated tubing sections having a substrate roll of continuous release liner. Pressure sensitive transfer adhesive material members configured to conform with the ends of insulated tubing sections to be joined are spaced at selected distances from each other along the length of the continuous release liner. A second release liner covers each pressure sensitive adhesive material member and includes a tab to facilitate removal of the second release liner from the adhesive material members to facilitate joining juxtaposed face portion of the ends of the insulated tubing to be connected.
