SYSTEM FOR POSITIONING A VIEWING SCREEN
The invention provides a system for positioning a viewing screen. The system comprises a base body and at least one screen body. The screen body comprises a suspension hook and, on the one hand, is configured to be rigidly connected, at least in one position of the screen body, to the base body and, on the other hand, is configured to fasten a viewing screen thereto. The system further comprises a securing body for releasably securing the rigid connection between the base body and the screen body. The base body comprises a suspension edge. The suspension hook and the suspension edge are configured to suspend the screen body from the suspension edge of the base body via the suspension hook.
Shimbari systems for the stabilization of surfaces
Based on the traditional shimbari principle, new methods for precise positioning and support of shimbari rods utilizing a modular aluminum framing system have been developed. With these innovations, a wide range of three-dimensional works of art can be treated, including large-scale sculptures with complex contours and irregular surfaces. These methods and systems include easily adaptable shimbari clamping devices and pivot mounts developed by a team of conservators and an industrial designer-fabricator in the Department of Objects Conservation at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Systems and methods for a self-stabilizing platform
A platform to be used to secure objects for delivery by air. As a platform is lowered toward the ground, the legs of the platform touch the ground and interact with each other to stabilize the platform. A stable platform does not tip over. The platform may stabilize itself even when lowered onto uneven terrain. As the platform is lowered, the legs, except the last leg, move upward or inside the body of the platform until the last leg touches the terrain. On uneven terrain, the legs of the platform move upward or inside different amounts, so the legs have different lengths. The last leg to touch locks the other legs so that they cannot move up or down thereby stabilizing the platform. An incompressible material is used to detect when the last leg touches the terrain and to lock the other legs.
AIDC DEVICE CRADLE
An AIDC device cradle includes a movable stand having a post, base plate, and an axle head. A cradle tray is rotatably attached to the axle head via a pivot pin. The cradle tray is configured to receive and accommodate an AIDC device case with an AIDC device. A plurality of locking holes and slots are provided to lock the AIDC device case in position and secure the AIDC device within the device cradle. Integrated charging options are provided. An opening or viewing port is provided on both the AIDC device case and cradle tray enabling the AIDC device scanner to be operational in a downward position.
HYDRAULIC LIFT AND WALKING SYSTEM FOR CATWALK MACHINE
A locking device includes an outer portion and an inner portion. The outer portion has a bore formed at least partially axially therethrough and a channel formed laterally therethrough. The inner portion is positioned at least partially within the bore. A first link is positioned at least partially outside of the outer portion and coupled to the inner portion through the channel. A second link is coupled to the outer portion. A pin is coupled to the first link and the second link. The locking device is in an unlocked state when the inner portion is fully positioned within the bore, and the locking device is in a locked state when an end of the inner portion extends axially out of the bore.
Automatic fluid flow system with push-button connection
Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to apparatus and methods for automatic fluid flow system connectors. The system generally includes a load cell interface coupled to a console and a ring connector coupled to a fluid collection system. The ring connector can be releasably engaged with the load cell using a push-button actuated locking mechanism. Embodiments of the locking mechanism can include a latch and aperture engagement, a shelf and ledge engagement, or a track and channel engagement, or combinations thereof. The ring connector and load cell can include electrical contacts configured to engage along an axis that extends perpendicular to a surface on which the electrical contacts are disposed. This is believed to reduce wear on the electrical contacts, thereby extending the usable life of the system.
RELEASE MECHANISMS
In some examples, a release mechanism can include an extensible mechanism having a first distal end with a handle, a second distal end with an opening, and a slot. The release mechanism can include a hinge mechanism including a first face including a first tab that defines a first annulus and a second tab defines a second annulus, a second face including a third tab that defines a retention mechanism that is to be positioned in the slot, and a third face located opposite of the first face. The release mechanism can include an ejection mechanism including a first arm having a first projection to extend into the first annulus, a second arm having a second projection to extend into the second annulus, and a third arm to extend through the opening.
Display stand and mounting method thereof
The present invention discloses a display stand has a mounting seat connected on a support structure, internally provided with an accommodating cavity and having a slot communicated with the accommodating cavity at the top in an open way, a supporting arm having an insertion end capable of being inserted into the accommodating cavity of the mounting seat from the slot of the mounting seat, and a locking mechanism disposed on the mounting seat or supporting arm, for locking or unlocking the insertion end of the supporting arm in the accommodating cavity. When the insertion end of the supporting arm is locked, the supporting arm is limited within the accommodating cavity of the mounting seat, and when the insertion end of the supporting arm is unlocked, the insertion end of the supporting arm may be taken out from the slot of the mounting seat.
ADJUSTABLE APPARATUSES TO SECURE ELECTRONIC DEVICES TO DISPLAY TABLES
An apparatus for physically securing a tablet and a keyboard to a tabletop of a display table or to another display surface is described herein. The apparatus includes a main body, a left arm and a right arm that are extendable and retractable relative to the main body and a left side brace and a right side brace attached respectively to the left arm and the right arm, and configured to be secured to a left side and a right side, respectively, of the tablet and the keyboard. The apparatus further includes a back support extending from the top of the main body with a top arm extending from the back support. The top arm is extendable and retractable relative to the back support along a plane that intersects the top of the main body at an oblique angle.
