A high-pressure unit (HPU) skid for greasing and actuating a frac tree valve includes one or more hydraulic pumps, a grease pump, a hydraulic reservoir, and two or more accumulators all of which are mounted on a portable frame. The HPU skid further includes fluidic connections to connect the frac tree valve to an output of the grease pump and fluidic connections to connect the frac tree valve to at least one of the two or more accumulators. The hydraulic pumps are configured to withdraw hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic reservoir for charging the accumulators, operating the grease pump, or charging the accumulators and operating the grease pump at a same time.

Automatic lubricator for lubricating an object

An automatic lubricator for lubricating an object comprises a housing with a coupling section configured to couple with a lubricant container containing a lubricant. The lubricant container comprises a rotatable shaft with a piston to dispense the lubricant from an output of the lubricant container. The lubricator further comprises an electric motor configured to drive the rotatable shaft of the lubricant container during at least one lubrication action, such that at least a part of the lubricant is dispensable from the lubricant container during the at least one lubrication action, and a control circuitry for controlling the electric motor. The control circuitry is configured to determine a back electromotive force (BEMF) generated by the electric motor during at least a part of the at least one lubrication action, and to determine, based on the determined BEMF, at least one lubrication parameter indicative of the at least one lubrication action.

LUBRICANT PUMPING SYSTEM

A lubricant pumping system includes a lubricant pump having a lubricant pumping space, a first seal configured to seal the lubricant pumping space, at least one signal detector, and a leakage detector for detecting leakage of a lubricant from the pumping space through the first seal and sending a signal to the signal detector in response to a detection of the leakage of the lubricant. The signal detector may produce a visual or acoustic output in response to receipt of the signal.

LUBRICANT PUMPING SYSTEM

A lubricant pumping system includes a lubricant pump having a lubricant pumping space, a first seal configured to seal the lubricant pumping space, at least one signal detector, and a leakage detector for detecting leakage of a lubricant from the pumping space through the first seal and sending a signal to the signal detector in response to a detection of the leakage of the lubricant. The signal detector may produce a visual or acoustic output in response to receipt of the signal.

A manifold detachably couples to the replaceable cartridge and has a manifold chamber for receiving grease flowing under compression from an outlet of the cartridge and a plurality of valves in fluid communication with the manifold chamber for selectively distributing grease to corresponding grease ports of the at least one plug valve.

The invention relates to a cartridge device for lubricating a machine, preferably a clipping machine, having a pneumatic system and a pump unit driven by the pneumatic system, the cartridge device comprising a cartridge container for accommodating a supply of lubricant having a longitudinal axis defining a longitudinal direction, wherein the cartridge container comprises a first end portion and a second end portion located opposite the first end portion in the longitudinal direction, and a first closure element for detachably coupling the first end portion of the cartridge container to a suction side of the pump unit, wherein the first closure element has a delivery opening for supplying lubricant contained within the cartridge container to the suction side of the pump unit. The invention is characterized in that the first closure element is detachably coupleable to the first end portion of the cartridge container, the first end portion of the cartridge container being configured so as to allow a collapsible reservoir containing the supply of lubricant to be inserted into and removed from the cartridge container.
