OIL REFILL CONTAINER
An oil refill container that can be coupled to a coolant refill station in an air conditioning system for motor vehicles comprises a body defining an oil containment compartment adapted to be mixed with the coolant circulating in said air conditioning system, and a closing cap provided with quick coupling means adapted to be connected to the refill station or a seat adapted to removably connect the quick coupling means to said closing cap, said closing cap comprising a cover and an under-cap adapted to define a compartment suitable for containing at least an amount of a drying substance when coupled to the cover.
Lubrication supply system
A lubrication additive recovery system is provided for use with a vapor compression system. The vapor compression system includes a compressor having a bearing, a condenser and an evaporator. The lubrication additive recovery system includes a lubrication ring formed to define first and second through-holes, a first system by which a portion of a required supply of lubrication is drawn from the condenser and provided to the bearing through the first through-holes and a second system by which a remainder of the required supply of lubrication is recovered from the evaporator and provided along with compressor discharge gas to the bearing through the second through-holes.
Oil flow switch and lubrication system with the same for a refrigeration system
The present disclosure relates to an oil flow switch, comprising a float device connected to a circulating oil passage and a floating liquid level switch element provided in the float device, wherein the float device comprises an oil inlet, an oil outlet, and a float chamber provided between the oil inlet and the oil outlet, the floating liquid level switch element is provided in the float chamber, and the float device is provided with a channel in communication with the float chamber. The oil flow switch according to the present disclosure may avoid a false alarm of the oil level switch and meanwhile mitigate disturbance to the float caused by liquid level fluctuation to reduce friction between the float and the sleeve rod. Further, a lubrication system with the above oil.
Pneumatic system and method for heating compressor oil and/or components of the system
A pneumatic system installed on a vehicle and method of using the system to preheat compressor oil and/or components of the system to promote operation in cold weather conditions. The pneumatic system includes a compressor that generates compressed air in which oil is entrained, a separation tank that separates the oil from the air prior to the oil being returned to the compressor, and a heating element located within the separation tank and contacting the oil within the separation tank. Engine coolant of an engine cooling system of the vehicle flows through the heating element and the heating element transferring heat from the engine coolant to the oil within the separation tank to increase the temperature of the oil.
PNEUMATIC SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HEATING COMPRESSOR OIL AND/OR COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM

REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR
The invention relates to a refrigerant compressor, comprising: a preferably hermetically sealable compressor housing; an electric drive unit, comprising a rotor (4) and a stator (3); a crankshaft (1), which is connected to the rotor (4) for conjoint rotation and which has a longitudinal axis (2); a piston-cylinder unit, which can be driven by the crankshaft (1); wherein the electric drive unit is designed as an external rotor motor and the rotor (4) has a carrier element (12) extending outward radially with respect to the longitudinal axis (2) at least in some sections and the carrier element (12) is connected to the crankshaft (1) for conjoint rotation. According to the invention, in order to enable an increased delivery rate of lubricant from a lubricant sump together with preferably low or reduced height of the compressor, a sleeve-shaped lubricant receiver (8) for centrifugally conveying lubricant from a lubricant sump formed in a bottom region of the compressor housing toward the piston-cylinder unit is provided on a side of the carrier element (12) facing away from the piston-cylinder unit (5), the sleeve-shaped lubricant receiver (8) being joined to the carrier element (12) for conjoint rotation.
