Lubricant distributor, especially sectional distributor
A sectional lubricant distributor for distributing lubricant to at least one lubrication point, including a distributor body having an inlet opening for lubricant which is fluidically connected to at least one outlet passage, which opens into an outlet opening of the distributor body, a rotary valve is rotatably mounted in the distributor body and is adjustable between an open position of the rotary valve, in which the outlet passage is open in order to allow lubricant to pass through to the outlet opening, and a closed position of the rotary valve, in which the outlet passage is closed, an electromotive drive which is coupled to a control gear, including a control gearwheel having a control toothing section engageable with a toothing of the rotary valve to move the rotary valve between the open position and the closed position. Further, a method for distributing lubricant to at least one lubrication point.
LUBRICANT DISPENSER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A fitting for a lubrication point of a device to be lubricated and a connector for removably connecting to such fitting to provide a lubricant from a lubrication device via the fitting to the device to be lubricated are disclosed. The fitting comprises an integrated circuit for providing an identification code to identify the fitting, and a first electrical contact for establishing an electrical path between the integrated circuit and a processor of the connector when a connection between the fitting and the connector is established. The connector comprises the processor and a second electrical contact for establishing the electrical path. The integrated circuit is adapted for transmitting data, including the identification code, via the first electrical contact to the processor.
Grease Distribution Systems and Methods
Grease distribution systems for lubricating a plurality of fracking valves on a wellhead include a distribution manifold configured for mounting on or adjacent to the wellhead, stand mount, mobile skid, grease skid or trailer. The distribution manifold includes a plurality of manifold valves configured for coupling in fluid communication with the fracking valves, respectively, on the wellhead. A grease pump is disposed in fluid communication with the distribution manifold. Methods of lubricating fracking valves on a wellhead are also disclosed.
Device for detecting fluid flow
In a valve member, supply and discharge apertures of fluid are formed at a body having a fluid space E. A one electrode Da including a contact T is provided at an aperture edge of the supply aperture and/or a peripheral part of an aperture edge of the body. The body includes another electrode Db, and stores a valve member made of a conductor and opening and closing the supply aperture, and a coil spring made of a conductor and urges the valve member. A guide member made of a conductor is attached onto the valve member. The guide member is formed to secure a flow path of the fluid from the supply aperture to the discharge aperture while being slidable in the fluid space E, has a reception surface facing one end face of the fluid space E while receiving the fluid from the supply aperture.
Grease Distribution Systems
Grease distribution systems for lubricating a plurality of fracking valves on a wellhead may include a distribution manifold configured for mounting on or adjacent to the wellhead. The grease distribution manifold may include a plurality of manifold valves. A grease pump may be disposed in fluid communication with the grease distribution manifold. A plurality of safety valves may be disposed in fluid communication with the respective manifold valves. Each of the safety valves is configured to be disposed in fluid communication with one of a plurality of fracking valves. The grease pump is configured to distribute grease through at least one of the manifold valves and its respective one of the safety valves, to the respective one of the fracking valves.

A DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING LUBRICANT
Described herein is a modular device for dispensing a lubricant. A first coupling end is attachable to a source of lubrication. A second coupling end is attachable to a lubrication receiver. A control module is arranged between the first coupling end and the second coupling end. The control module includes a flow measuring device in fluid communication between the first end coupling and the second end coupling. The control module is configured to enable dispensing of the lubricant.
System and method for executing a lubrication plan
A system for executing a lubrication plan including a grease meter for measuring a volumetric flow of grease through the meter. The grease meter having a memory for storing a set of instructions that includes a series of prescribed grease volumes be delivered at a corresponding series of lubrication points, a memory for storing a volume of grease delivered at a particular lubrication point and is configured to communicate with the display device. A display device includes a memory for storing an image of each lubrication point in the series, each image being a photograph of the machine that has the lubrication point. The machine is configured to display each image along with the prescribed grease volume to be delivered at the corresponding lubrication point. The displayed image of a further lubrication point in the series image is triggered by the grease meter when a delivered volume is stored.
Lubrication systems for transmissions
A lubrication system for a transmission includes a flow-metering device and a controller. The controller is operatively associated with the flow-metering device to cause the flow-metering device to intermittently issue lubricant from the flow-metering device into a transmission based on an operating parameter of the transmission.
Lubrication system
A lubrication system includes a lubricator. A detecting unit includes an oil introducing part, multiple chambers, multiple blockage detectors and a processor. The oil introducing part is connected between the detecting unit and the lubricator. The oil introducing part communicates with the chambers. The blockage detectors are electrically connected to the processor and monitor transportation status of lubrication oil of the chambers. The processor judges the transportation status of the lubricating oil of the chambers by results from the blockage detectors. The lubrication system finds out blockage in the oil paths immediately so as to remove the blockage timely.
