Device and method for filling tanks with pressurized gas
Device for filling tanks with pressurized gas, in particular hydrogen gas tanks of motor vehicles, the device comprising at least one gas source, a transfer circuit comprising at least one upstream end connected to the source and at least one downstream end intended to be connected in removable fashion to a tank to be filled, the transfer circuit additionally comprising, between its upstream and downstream ends, a set of buffer storage container(s) which is (are) connected in parallel to the transfer circuit via a set of respective connecting valve(s), the transfer circuit comprising a portion of pipe(s) forming a loop, a plurality of the buffer storage container(s) being connected in parallel to the said loop, characterized in that the transfer circuit comprises a plurality of separate downstream ends each intended to be connected in removable fashion to a respective tank to be filled, the said downstream ends being connected in parallel to the said loop and comprising a set of respective linking valves, so that control of the connecting valves and of the linking valves makes it possible to bring at least one first buffer storage container into fluidic communication, via the loop, with a first downstream end and, simultaneously, to bring at least one second buffer storage container into fluidic communication, via the loop, with a second downstream end and/or to bring two separate buffer storage containers into fluidic communication.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPLYING ACETYLENE TO AN APPARATUS USING ACETYLENE
Disclosed in the present invention is a system and method for supplying acetylene to an apparatus using acetylene, the system having at least one acetylene storage apparatus and an acetylene content analysis apparatus. The system and method disclosed in the present invention can utilize the capacity of an acetylene cylinder to a higher degree; before the solvent impurity concentration in acetylene gas reaches a level where it is no longer suitable, a more accurate understanding of the usable acetylene amount in the acetylene storage apparatus can be gained through detection, thereby reducing the number of times that the acetylene storage apparatus is refilled and replaced, and lowering the user's total costs.
Method for automatically replacing high-pressure gas barrels
Disclosed is a method for automatically replacing high-pressure gas barrels, in which when loading a high-pressure gas barrel is loaded on the lift of a cabinet so as to supply gas to the wafer production line in the semiconductor fabrication FAB process facility, at the time point of replacement of the high-pressure gas barrel, a used high-pressure gas barrel is separated from a connector holder and then a new high-pressure gas barrel is connected to the connector holder.
GAS SYSTEM
A method includes receiving, by a computing device, electronic information about pressure. The method further includes determining, by the computing device, the pressure is at a particular threshold. The method further includes sending, by the computing device, a communication to close a particular valve and prevent gas flow from a first tank. The method further includes sending, by the computing device, another communication to open another valve and allow gas flow from a second tank.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A DRIVE UNIT OPERATED WITH GASEOUS FUEL
A method for operating a drive unit operated with gaseous fuel. The gaseous fuel is provided under high pressure in a plurality of pressure tanks that can be connected via a supply line and with a metering valve via which the gaseous fuel can be dispensed to the drive unit. One of the pressure tanks is designed as a high-load pressure tank which is only connected to the supply line when the drive unit is under high load, the pressure tanks in which a lower gas pressure prevails than in the high-load pressure tank simultaneously being disconnected from the supply line.
Valve system with position indicator
A valve system having a valve position indicator is disclosed. The valve position indicator allows for viewing of the valve position from one or more viewing locations. In one example, the valve position indicator includes a side valve open/close indicator and a top valve open/close indicator on a valve assembly. An indicator locking mechanism securely locks the valve position indicator in alignment with a position of a control valve.
Filling apparatus
A filling apparatus capable of suppressing radial movement of a connecting pin of a nozzle, and preventing damages and deformations (recesses and so on) from generating on an outer peripheral surface of the connecting pin, and making the filling nozzle compact. The filling apparatus (100) according to the present invention includes: a storage tank for storing hydrogen fuel; a filling nozzle (10) for filling hydrogen from the storage tank through a fuel filling system to an in-vehicle hydrogen filling tank mounted on a vehicle; a rod-shaped member (2: connecting pin) and a main body portion (1) mounted on the filling nozzle (10); a sealing member (3: laminated sealing member) arranged on (a radially outer peripheral portion of the rod-shaped member of) the main body portion (1); a sealing member holding member (4: pressing member) mounted on an end side (on a receptacle 20 side) of the rod-shaped member (2); and a mechanism for protecting an outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped member (2) from slide on the sealing member holding member (4).
AUTOMATIC ALIGNMENT METHOD OF HIGH-PRESSURE GAS CONTAINER
Disclosed is an automatic alignment method of a high-pressure gas container in which a high-pressure gas container is loaded on a lift of a cabinet so as to supply a gas from a fabrication (FAB) process facility of a semiconductor to a wafer production line, and then, the high-pressure gas container loaded on the lift is raised, and an end cap of the high-pressure gas container and the center of a connector holder of a gas pipe are automatically aligned.
