Valve assembly for dispensers
A valve assembly for a dispenser. The valve assembly includes a valve body. The valve body includes a first hoop member, a second hoop member, and a transition portion defined by the joining of the first hoop member and the second hoop member. The first hoop member includes a first hoop outer portion positioned, a first hoop inner portion, a first hoop upper surface, and a first hoop lower surface. The second hoop member includes a second hoop outer portion, a second hoop inner portion, a second hoop upper surface, and a second hoop lower surface. The second hoop inner portion extends about the longitudinal axis defining a passageway. The passageway comprises a first passageway opening, a second passageway opening opposite the first passageway opening, and a passageway surface extending from the first passageway opening to the second passageway opening.
Pressure Vessel Assembly and Pressure Vessel System
A pressure vessel arrangement includes a plurality of pressure vessels configured to store fuel, and a valve arrangement with at least one valve and a plurality of tank connectors. In the pressure vessel arrangement each pressure vessel of the plurality of pressure vessels is connected to one of the tank connectors. Further, in the pressure vessel arrangement the valve arrangement connects the tank connectors directly to one another and to the at least one valve, such that a fluid exchange which is not impaired at any time by way of a valve is brought about between the individual pressure vessels.
VAPORIZOR
A vaporizer for vaporizing a liquefied gas includes a first heat exchanger block having first and second linear conduits extending therethrough, a second heat exchanger block having first and second linear conduits extending therethrough, one or more heaters located between the first and second heat exchanger blocks, and an inlet capacity control valve. The heat exchanger blocks may be fabricated by extruding aluminum. The heaters may be independently powered. At least a portion of the inlet capacity control valve may be located within one of the conduits.
PIGTAIL HOSE WITH ELBOW FITTING
A pigtail hose is described for connecting a gas canister to a gas regulator. The pigtail hose includes a gas hose having an inlet end and an outlet end; and an elbow fitting connected to the inlet end of the gas hose. The elbow fitting has a bore which turns the gas supply through 90° at a convenient point of the gas supply assembly to assist with the connection of the canister in a confined storage space.
Leak-proof fluid dispensing system with pressure sensor and adjustable dispensing regulator, dispensing control valve structure with pressure sensor, and dispensing control valve structure
The present invention provides a leak-proof fluid dispensing system with a pressure sensor and an adjustable dispensing regulator, comprising: a gas cylinder and a pressure dispensing control valve. The dispensing control valve is formed outside the bottle body opening and has an internal channel that communicates with an inlet port, an outlet port, a bottle port, and the joint portion. The internal of the dispensing body includes an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a pressure dispensing regulator, a filter, and a pressure sensor. The pressure at the outlet end of pressure dispensing regulator is lower than or equal to a preset opening pressure value, the fluid is allowed to flow out. With the implementation of the present invention, it may prevent accidental leakage of fluid in the gas cylinder and dynamically monitor the flow gas capacity in the gas cylinder.
Liquefied hydrogen filling apparatus
Disclosed is a liquefied hydrogen filling apparatus configured such that connection between liquefied hydrogen injection lines is performed stepwise, whereby there is no concern of leakage of liquefied hydrogen the moment the liquefied hydrogen injection lines are connected to each other, and therefore it is possible to guarantee safety and to prevent loss of fuel. In addition, the state of connection between the liquefied hydrogen injection lines is securely maintained, whereby there is no concern of separation due to internal pressure at the time of filling or other external force, and therefore it is possible to perform safe filling.
PRESSURE VESSEL AND METHOD FOR FILLING IT
The invention relates to a pressure vessel comprising: a vessel body, wherein, at an upper end of the vessel body, an end section is integrally formed with the vessel body, which has an opening, and a valve arranged in the end section. At least two outflow openings are formed in the wall surrounding the opening of the end region below the opening, which are in particular arranged opposite one another. In an outflow position of the valve, the outflow openings are fluidically connected via the valve to a body interior of the vessel body and the opening of the end region is closed in a media-tight manner, and, in a filling position of the valve, the opening of the end region is fluidically connected to the body interior of the vessel body via the valve. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for filling the pressure vessel.
Valve assembly for dispensers
A valve assembly for a dispenser. The valve assembly includes a valve body that extends about a longitudinal axis and defines an outer surface and an inner passageway. The valve body includes a first valve body surface and a second valve body surface opposite the first valve body surface. A valve stem extends through the inner passageway and includes an outer stem surface, an inner stem surface opposite the outer stem surface, and a first orifice extending from the outer stem surface to the inner stem surface. A resilient member is disposed on at least a portion of the first valve body surface. The resilient member is made from a resilient polymeric material and has a non-linear compression profile.
Valve assembly for dispensers
A valve assembly for a dispenser. The valve assembly includes a valve body that extends about a longitudinal axis and defines an outer surface and an inner passageway. A valve stem extends through the inner passageway and includes an outer stem surface, an inner stem surface opposite the outer stem surface, and a first orifice extending from the outer stem surface to the inner stem surface. The valve assembly includes a retaining member joined to the valve stem, wherein the retaining member extends outward from the outer stem surface. The valve assembly includes a resilient member and one or more force concentrators configured to operatively engage the resilient member.
CONFORMABLE PRESSURE VESSEL
The conformable pressure vessel having: a plurality of individual pressure vessels, the individual pressure vessels each having an outer wall enclosing an inner volume. The inner volumes are fluidly connected to each other. The individual pressures vessels are oriented parallel to each other.
