SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR IN-SERVICE TANK INSPECTIONS
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for inspecting a tank containing a flammable fluid are provided. A vehicle configured to inspect the tank can include a propeller, a battery, a control unit, an inspection device, and a ranging device. The battery provides power to the propeller, the control unit, the inspection device, and the ranging device. The control unit generates a map of the tank and determines a first position of the vehicle on the map. The propeller moves the vehicle through the flammable fluid in the tank. The inspection device includes a pulsed eddy current array to obtain inspection data indicating a quality of a tank wall. The control unit causes the propeller to move the vehicle from the first position to a second position within the tank. The control unit obtains first inspection data indicating the quality of the tank wall, and stores the first inspection data.
FUEL TANK
A fuel tank comprises a circular column-shaped fuel tank body, a handle, and a first connector. The circular column-shaped fuel tank body is provided so as to be detachably attachable to a fuel-powered device. The handle is formed on one end side in a length direction of the fuel tank body. The first connector is formed on another end side in the length direction of the fuel tank body and configured such that, by installing the fuel tank body to the fuel-powered device, the first connector is connected to a second connector provided at the fuel-powered device so as to enable fuel to be supplied to the fuel-powered device.
CONTAINERS AND METHODS FOR PROTECTING PRESSURE VESSELS
A container includes one or more hollow shell assemblies, each assembly having a first hollow shell including a first inner surface to cover a portion of a pressure vessel (PV) and a second hollow shell including a second inner surface attachable to the first hollow shell. The first and/or second hollow shells may include a fiber layer that may be at least partially impregnated with resin, and an energy dissipating material that is substantially concentric with the inner surfaces of the respective shells. The first and second hollow shells are attachable to one another to define a volume for at least partially enclosing the PV, and may be overwrapped via filament winding.
Vent pipe isolation balloon for liquefied gas storage tank and vent pipe isolation device
An object to provide a vent pipe isolation balloon for a liquefied gas storage tank, which has excellent physical strength, inflatability, and durability at cryogenic temperatures, and a vent pipe isolation device including the balloon. The vent pipe isolation balloon has inner and outer membranes made of silicon rubber, and a reinforcing substrate sandwiched between the inner membrane and the outer membrane. The balloon has an outer shape of a cylindrical shape or a truncated cone shape with both ends opened, and is inflated when an inert gas is injected into the balloon with the openings sealed. The reinforcing substrate is composed of a fiber bundle and has a network structure.
Tank, In Particular For A Liquid Hydrogen Reservoir, Provided With At Least One Dome Fixed By Way Of An Outer Welded Joint
A tank, in particular for a liquid hydrogen reservoir, provided with at least one dome fixed by way of an outer welded joint and having a central portion provided with at least one free end including a first connecting element and at least one dome provided with an open end including a second connecting element, the dome and the central portion being able to be joined together, the first connecting element and the second connecting element being configured to form, when the central portion and the dome are joined together, a protruding tab extending toward the outside of the tank and able to be welded to a protruding end, such a protruding tab making it possible in particular to join together the tank, this being done entirely from the outside of said tank, and to easily mount and dismount the dome, in particular without accessibility issues.
Leak-proof fluid dispensing system with pressure sensor and adjustable dispensing regulator, dispensing control valve structure with pressure sensor, and dispensing control valve structure
The present invention provides a leak-proof fluid dispensing system with a pressure sensor and an adjustable dispensing regulator, comprising: a gas cylinder and a pressure dispensing control valve. The dispensing control valve is formed outside the bottle body opening and has an internal channel that communicates with an inlet port, an outlet port, a bottle port, and the joint portion. The internal of the dispensing body includes an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a pressure dispensing regulator, a filter, and a pressure sensor. The pressure at the outlet end of pressure dispensing regulator is lower than or equal to a preset opening pressure value, the fluid is allowed to flow out. With the implementation of the present invention, it may prevent accidental leakage of fluid in the gas cylinder and dynamically monitor the flow gas capacity in the gas cylinder.
Dry vapor dewar temperature monitoring retrofit lid adapter
Method, system, apparatus, and/or device for monitoring a shipment. The vapor plug system includes a vapor plug. The vapor plug fits onto a shipper and partially seals contents within a payload area of a shipper. The vapor plug system includes a sensor that is configured to measure or determine a condition or location of the shipper. The vapor plug system includes an electronic device that has a display. The display is configured to provide the condition or the location to a user. The vapor plug system includes a vapor plug adapter. The vapor plug adapter includes a recessed pocket that is configured to receive the electronic device. The vapor plug adapter includes an opening within the recessed pocket and is configured to receive the sensor and allow the sensor to be inserted into the payload area of the shipper.
Waste hydrogen recovery device of evaluation device of hydrogen refueling station
A waste hydrogen recovery device of an evaluation device of a hydrogen refueling station includes: a buffer container connected to a discharge pipeline of the evaluation device; a flow path switching valve installed at a hydrogen supply side of the hydrogen refueling station and installed to selectively form a flow path flowing hydrogen from one of a hydrogen supply source or the buffer container into the hydrogen refueling station; and a controller provided to control a tank protection valve installed between an inflow pipeline and a discharge pipeline of the evaluation device, and the controller further provided to control a hydrogen tank, a discharge valve installed on the discharge pipeline, the flow path switching valve, and a compressor of the hydrogen refueling station.
