The solid-state generator is also configured to convert, at least in part, waste energy generated, at least in part, by the discharge of the firearm into electricity in such a way that the solid-state generator, in use, provides, at least in part, the electricity to be consumed, at least in part, by the firearm accessory of the firearm.
