The headlamp optical element comprises a light collecting portion, a first light emitting portion and a reflecting portion, or comprises the light collecting portion, the first light emitting portion, the reflecting portion and a second light emitting portion. The light collecting portion can converge the incident light and emit the light via the first light emitting portion, with some of the light directly emitted to the second light emitting portion, and the rest of the light being reflected by the reflecting portion and then emitted to the second light emitting portion. The reflecting portion is connected to the lower portion of the first light emitting portion, with a lower beam cut-off line structure being formed at the other end thereof, or the reflecting portion is connected to the upper portion of the first light emitting portion, with a high beam cut-off line structure being formed at the other end thereof. The light emitting surface of the first light emitting portion is formed of multiple step surfaces with segment differences or is a single curved surface.

In addition, the present disclosure further discloses a headlight module, a vehicle headlight and a vehicle. The headlight optical element provided by the present disclosure is small in size, high in optical precision, accurate in light pattern, convenient to mount and low in cost.
