The first housing portion includes a base and a wall extending outwardly from substantially the perimeter of the base. A top portion of the wall includes one or more hinges extending outwardly therefrom. The second housing portion includes a front panel and a side panel extending outwardly from substantially the perimeter of the front panel. A top portion of the front panel includes at least one slot. The second housing is coupled to the first housing in an open position when the hinge is inserted into the slot and the front panel is disposed elevationally above the base. The second housing is coupled to the first housing in an operational position when the hinge is inserted into the slot and the front panel covers the base.
LINEAR LED LUMINAIRE HOUSING FOR USE IN HARSH AND HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS
A linear light fixture for use in a hazardous environment, the linear light fixture includes a housing body that defines a component compartment therein that is configured to receive electrical components. The linear light fixture also includes a light engine connected to the housing body and including a light emitting diode. The light engine is pivotable with respect to the housing body between a first position, wherein the light engine encloses the component compartment, and a second position, wherein access is provided to the component compartment. The light engine is separable from the housing body.
Fixing member for optical element and LED lamp with fixing member thereof
The present disclosure provides a fixing member for an optical element and an LED lamp with the fixing member thereof. The LED lamp includes a base, an LED plate and the optical element. The LED plate includes a plurality of LED beads, the base including a receiving room that includes a mounting surface formed on the bottom thereof, the LED plate arranged on the mounting surface, and the optical element arranged on a light-emitting side of the LED plate; the LED lamp further includes a pressing member with one end being hinged to the base and the other end being buckled with the base, the pressing member presses against the optical element to keep the optical element on the base, which has advantages that the optical element can be assembled, disassembled and maintained without using tools.
LED luminaire
A luminaire has a first housing portion and a second housing portion formed of a polymeric material. A hinge pivotably connects the first housing portion to the second housing portion and includes a pintle formed as one-piece with one of the first and second housing portions and a knuckle formed as one-piece with the other one of the first and second housing portions. A sealing structure seals a compartment formed between the first housing portion and the second housing portion. The sealing structure includes a channel supported by one of the first and second housing portions and a frame supported in the channel. The frame supports a deformable gasket. A sealing member extends from the other one of the first and second housing portions where the sealing member extends into the channel and engages the gasket. A locking feature secures the first housing portion to the second housing portion.
Hinged channel system for linear lighting
A channel system that includes a first channel section, a second channel section, and a hinge joint between the first and second channel sections is disclosed. The hinge joint allows the first channel section to fold against the second channel section for storage and shipping of the channel system. In one embodiment, the hinge joint itself includes a hinge member that extends between the two channel sections and bends hingedly to allow movement and two intermediate endcaps, which cap the channel sections on either side of the hinge joint. The hinge joint may be designed to “snap back” to a fully extended position. Mechanical securement structure may be added to the first channel section and the second channel section to improve force and retention during the “snap back” movement.
Luminaire Head Assembly with Bracket
Example embodiments relate to luminaire head assemblies with brackets. One example luminaire head assembly includes a housing provided with a socket assembly. The luminaire head assembly also includes a light source arranged in the housing. Additionally, the luminaire head assembly includes a bracket releasably attached to the housing. The bracket is configured to fix the housing to a pole. The bracket has a first end for connection to a pole or pole connector and a second end attached to the housing. The bracket is provided with a through-hole at the second end. The socket assembly extends at least partially in the through-hole.
Reversible LED lamp
A reversible LED lamp has a fixed support including first and second plate bodies. One side of the first body is connected to the second; the other is connected to a first limiting member. A rotating support includes a third plate body and rotating support member. One side of the third body is connected to a first rotating portion; the other side is connected to the rotating support member, below the second and third bodies. A side of the rotating support member close to the second body is flush therewith. The plate bodies and rotating support member form a power supply installation space. A light-emitting assembly is in a light source installation space in the rotating support member. When a power supply in the power supply installation space is repaired/replaced, the rotating support is unfolded. The rotating support is rotatable in the fixed support, which has an avoidance groove.
Collar for a recessed light fitting
The present disclosures provides a collar for positioning at least partially around a recessed light fitting and between the recessed light fitting and a structural body. The collar comprises a plurality of collar portions each of which are configured to surround a portion of the recessed light fitting.
LAMP CONNECTOR AND TANDEM STRUCTURE OF LIGHT STRIPS
A lamp connector includes an insulating connector body, a first pressing cover, and a second pressing cover. The insulating connector body includes a first electrical connection part, a second electrical connection part, and an electrical connection structure; the first electrical connection part includes a first base, and a first end of the first pressing cover is mounted on the first base through a first rotating shaft structure, a second end of the first pressing cover is fixed to the first base through a first fixing structure. The second electrical connection part includes a second base, and a third end of the second pressing cover is mounted on the second base through a second rotating shaft structure, a fourth end of the second pressing cover is fixed to the second base through a second fixing structure.
