SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A MAGNETIC CLIP
A system and method directed to a magnetic clip accessory that attaches to headwear such as a baseball cap where the magnetic clip includes a fastening clip, a body, a magnetic plate, a magnetic sleeve, a set of arms, whereby the magnetic clip provides attachment for miniature light and a sleeve and a tube for a writing utensil such as a pen.
Modular system
A modular system may include a plurality of magnets that may be provided to self-align a casing with an accessory. Self-alignment of the casing and the accessory may provide a secure connection of the casing with the accessory. At least one detent and at least one locking arm may mate and lock the casing against the accessory in a mounted position. The at least one detent and the at least one locking arm may unlock in an insertion position. Self-alignment may occur when a first set of magnets attracts a second set of magnets in which opposite polarities attract and automatically initiate movement of the casing towards the accessory.
Components, systems, and methods for hanging strands of lights
Components, systems, and methods for hanging an article, such as a strand of lights that has multiple lights physically and electrically connected together by one or more electrical wires. Such a system includes an elongated strip having a ferromagnetic material, a feature for attaching the elongated strip to a structure, and a number of hanging devices each having a base, a fastener located on a front side of the base, and a magnet mounted to a back side of the base. The fastener is configured to couple with a portion of the article, and the magnet is magnetically attracted to and releasably attachable to the ferromagnetic material of the elongated strip. The hanging devices in combination are configured to secure and suspend the article from the structure by magnetically attaching to the elongated strip.

Fastenerless shelves and candle holders
A shelf for mounting to a wall without fasteners and for magnetically holding a candle comprises a shelf portion comprising a substantially planar upper surface configured for holding a candle, a first magnet at least partially embedded within the shelf portion, the first magnet configured to magnetically interact with a battery of the candle, a wall portion coupled to the shelf portion, the wall portion comprising a substantially planar surface configured for contacting a surface of a wall, and a second magnet at least partially embedded within the wall portion and configured to interact with a fastener behind the surface of the wall. Related candle holders and systems including fastenerless shelves for holding one or more candles are also disclosed.
Directional light mounting system
A light directing apparatus is disclosed. The light directing apparatus including a light mounting fixture, a ball joint including a ball stud having a round head on a first end and a stud shaft on a second end in which the stud shaft mounted to the light mounting fixture and a magnetic housing magnetically coupling the ball joint and the magnetic housing by a magnetic force of the magnetic housing such that the magnetic housing has a concave mount surface to accommodate the round head of the ball joint therein allowing the ball joint to move freely within the concave opening such that the light mounting fixture is rotatable in a 360 degree range around the ball joint and movable 180 degrees in a latitudinal and a longitudinal direction. The light directing apparatus further includes a moveable arm affixed to the magnetic housing by a sleeve mount.
