METHOD FOR FORMING A LUMINAIRE

The invention relates to a method for forming a luminaire (1), which has a trough-shaped luminaire housing (10, 110) having a region (25, 125) for accommodating illuminants, which is surrounded by a seal (40), a cover (70, 80) which spans the region (25, 125) and abuts the seal (40) in a peripherally closed manner, a frame-like holding element (50, 150), which presses the cover (70, 80) into abutment with the seal (40). For the luminaire housing (10 110), the cover (70, 80) and the holding element (50, 150), are each available in at least two different variants, which can be combined in any way, wherein in order to form the luminaire (1) according to desired output properties and/or properties with regard to heat dissipation or moisture resistance, a suitable luminaire housing (10, 110), a cover (70, 80) and a holding element (50, 150) are in each case selected and the selected components are assembled to form the luminaire (1).

Decorative lighting system with improved support framework assembly
11578846 · 2023-02-14 · ·

An improved decorative lighting system constructed having a support framework assembly for mounting decorative lights in connection with a window frame. The support framework assembly comprises a plurality of tubular track members, each formed having a slotted chamber section extending the length of the track member with a squared outer edge formed along either side at the base of the chamber to provide a substantially flat planar surface along the base of the track member. A plurality of articulating end clips are formed to engage each track member and interconnect with another to join the track members in a substantially rectangular configuration adjustable to conform to the shape of the window frame. A plurality of specially configured light mounting clips are formed to press-fit and slide along the flat perimeter surface of the track members and hold the decorative lights in selected positions along the track members. Ring members included upon selected ones of the articulating end clips are used and positioned in upper corners of the framework assembly to engage conventional hooks or tabs secured to the window frame and facilitate the mounting of the framework assembly and its removal and storage when desired. The articulating end clips further allow the complete support framework assembly to fold and store more easily.

LIGHT STRING STRUCTURE

A light string structure includes a clip and a light source assembly. The clip is connected to the light source assembly, and a plurality of the light source assemblies are provided. Each light source assembly includes a light cover. The clip is arranged on a bottom portion or a side surface of the light cover. The clip and the light cover are integrally connected. The clip is elastic. The clip includes a clipping portion and inclined portions. An end of the clipping portion and the light cover are integrally connected. The clipping portion protrudes outwards and bends to form an arch-shaped concave portion. The inclined portions are respectively disposed at the end portions of the clipping portion and are integrally connected to the clipping portion. The inclined portions are respectively arranged inclined in directions opposite to bending directions of the clipping portion.
