Explosion-proof housing and method for producing the same
An explosion-proof housing includes at least one metal housing part having at least one of a housing opening or receiving surface, and a support edge bordering said at least one of a housing opening or receiving surface. A cover part covers said at least one of a housing opening or the receiving surface. The cover part includes a peripheral cover edge which is connected to the support edge in an explosion-proof manner such that in the event of an explosion inside the housing, the explosion is prevented from crossing over to an explosive atmosphere surrounding the housing. A plurality of connection points are formed between the support edge and the cover edge. The connection points include interlocking depressions and protrusions. The protrusions are formed by partial melting of the cover edge. The depressions and the protrusions interlock with play in a longitudinal direction of the housing.

Thermally Conductive Polymer Luminaire
A polymer luminaire including a polymer housing having a longitudinal axis. An electrical board is mounted to an inner surface of the housing. The electrical board has an outer surface defining a plane extending at an angle to horizontal when the longitudinal axis of the housing is oriented parallel to horizontal. A light source is mounted to the electrical board and electrically connected to the electrical board for emitting light from the housing.
Polymeric materials for use with high power industrial luminaires
The present disclosure is directed to examples of housing for a luminaire. In one example, the housing includes a bioplastic base formed to receive a light emitting diode and a driver and a lens coupled to the bioplastic base. The bioplastic base may include a bioplastic and is formed with a non-biodegradable or a biodegradable plastic.

FIRE RATED CANLESS RECESSED LUMINAIRE
A recessed luminaire includes a housing supporting a light emitter, an intumescent material coupled to an outer surface of the housing, and a plate coupled to the housing and to the intumescent material. The housing configured to be positioned at least partially through a ceiling. The housing also includes a stepped surface. The intumescent material has a shape complementary to a shape of the housing. The plate is positioned adjacent to the stepped surface and to an upper surface of the intumescent material.
ENCLOSURE FOR RECESSED LIGHT
An enclosure for recessed lighting, comprising a lateral wall, a top wall and a removable and re-attachable enclosure base, the enclosure base includes a light source, power supply, optic, heat sink and a collar. The enclosure may include an integral junction box, or hangar bar bracket, and one or more cutouts to reduce the possible interference between enclosure and joists in the installation vicinity. The enclosure may be made out of a 3D printable material, moldable material or plastic to facilitate ease of manufacture, reduction of parts, reduction of weight, and elimination of finish steps, such as paint. Multiple enclosures may be stacked for shipping or storage, and hanger bars may be affixed to the lateral wall for installation of the enclosure in a ceiling or wall without the need for a secondary bracket.
Explosion-proof lighting device
Provided in the present invention is an explosion-proof lighting device, comprising: a device body for accommodating the explosion-proof lighting device, the device body comprising a mounting portion located in the middle portion thereof and a first heat dissipation portion and a second heat dissipation portion that extend from the bottom of the mounting portion to two sides; a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) for emitting light to illuminate; an electrical drive module for powering the light emitting diodes; and a seal cover detachably connected to the device body from the bottom thereof. The present invention allows for reliable dissipation of heat generated by the light emitting diodes to the ambient environment without additionally providing a heat dissipation device, avoids the direct adverse effects of heat generated by the light emitting diodes on the electrical drive module while achieving compactness and reduced height of the explosion-proof lighting device, and significantly reduces the number of parts and costs for production, assembly and manufacturing of the explosion-proof lighting device.
LED EXPLOSION-PROOF LAMP
The present disclosure relates to an LED explosion-proof lamp. The LED explosion-proof lamp includes a lighting portion having a first engagement structure and a first positioning hole, a connecting portion detachably connected to the lighting portion and having a second engagement structure, a second positioning hole, and an opening suitable for accommodating the support rod of the LED explosion-proof lamp, a positioning member detachably inserted into the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, wherein one of the first engagement structure and the second engagement structure is configured as a sliding groove, and the other of the first engagement structure and the second engagement structure is configured as a protrusion adapted to be inserted into the sliding groove and movable along the sliding groove. The LED explosion-proof lamp has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing and assembly, and high structural strength.
