Illuminating device and a method for optimizing the light pattern
An illuminating device and a method for optimizing the light pattern are provided. The illuminating device includes a lamp case having a lighting space; a light-reflecting cup, located in the lighting space and including a light incident side, a light emergent side; a light source, located in the lighting space and corresponding to the light incident side of the light reflecting cup; and a cylindrical lens, located in the lighting space and corresponds to the light emergent side of the light reflecting cup; wherein one surface of the cylindrical lens has a plurality of convex columns extending up and down, and each convex column faces to the light emergent side; wherein, when the light source emits light, the main bright area of the light pattern reflected by the light emergent side of the light reflecting cup is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom.
Safety light
The present invention provides various aspects of a novel safety light that can be attached to a bicyclist or around the body of an athlete so as to define a well lit, safe distance to avoid collision by a motorist. The present safety concerns would find advantage in an easy to attach safety light that is much larger, more conspicuous and one that provides greater lumens. It would be desirable for athletes and the sports industry if there was provided an improved safety light system to provide a significant warning to let motorists know the safe distance that any motorist and/or his vehicle needs to avoid so as not to hit the cyclist or athlete.
Portable lighting device capable of adaptive power saving and brightness adjustment
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a portable lighting device capable of adaptive brightness control includes: a light irradiation unit that irradiates light; a brightness sensing unit that measures the brightness of a region in front of a current position at a predetermined distance; and a control unit that controls the amount of light to be irradiated by the light irradiation unit depending on the brightness measured by the brightness sensing unit. Herein, the control unit controls the amount of light by changing the width of an ON pulse period in which the light irradiation unit is operated within a discrete signal controlling the light irradiation unit or by changing the intensity of light in response to a continuous signal controlling the light irradiation unit.
Sound and illumination device for bicycles
A sound and illumination device including a sound-making portion, an illumination portion, and an attachment portion for mounting on a bicycle. The sound-making portion including a lever, a spring, a striking portion, and a metal portion, wherein the metal portion covers the lever, the spring, and the striking portion. The lever may include a magnet. The illumination portion including a cover portion, an electrical circuit, a switch, a light emitting source and a power source. Actuation of the lever of the sound-making portion results in the activation of the light emitting source of the illumination portion resulting in the concurrent emission of light and sound.
Light-up handle grip
A light-up handle grip is provided, wherein the light-up handle grip includes: a grip sleeve; a light housing, at least a portion of the light housing being light-penetrable, the light housing including a receiving room and a connection end portion, the connection end portion and the grip sleeve being integrally and non-detachably connected to each other in a mutually embedded manner; a light assembly received in the light housing and including at least one lighting member and a switch, the switch being connected to the at least one lighting member to control the at least one lighting member, light from the at least one lighting member being capable of passing through the light housing; and an operation member movably mounted to the light housing, operation of the operation member actuating the switch to turn on or turn off the at least one lighting member.
Illuminating bicycle wheel device
Disclosed is an illumination device for use with spoked wheels, such as bicycle wheels, wherein the wheel includes a hub portion, a plurality of spokes, and a rim portion. The illumination device includes a power pack, at least one adaptor body, and at least one attachment portion. The power pack having at least one wire, a flexible button cap, a body housing, and circuit board with a switch. The at least one wire including a plurality of light sources. The at least one attachment portion including a clip portion providing for the installation of the at least one adaptor body to the bicycle spokes. The illumination device also includes a holder for the installation of the power pack to the bicycle wheel. Further, the illumination device may include a tubular body located in the internal cavity of the at least one adaptor body.
Vehicle lamp
A vehicle lamp provided in a vehicle that travels at a corner by tilting a vehicle body includes: a light source unit; a sensor configured to detect information on outside of the vehicle; and a housing that houses the light source unit and the sensor. The vehicle lamp is disposed at a central portion of the vehicle body in a left-right direction, and wherein the sensor is disposed in the housing at a central portion in the left-right direction.
Lighting system
A lighting system includes a lighting device arranged to attach to a vehicle. The lighting device includes at least two ultraviolet lights and at least one sensor. The sensor determines whether any of at least two areas or zones adjacent to the lighting device are poorly visibly illuminated and/or occupied by personnel, and illuminates these areas or zones with ultraviolet light. The lighting system is configured to operate in conjunction with existing emergency visible lighting and/or flashing visible light systems by using the sensors to sense visible illumination of each individual area or zone provided by the existing emergency visible lighting and flashing visible light systems. The lighting system may be configured to synchronize the illumination of each individual area or zone in ultraviolet light with intermittent absence of visible light illumination in each area or zone from the existing emergency visible lighting and flashing visible light systems.
BICYCLE STEERING PROMPT SYSTEM
A bicycle steering prompt system includes a direction light set, a prompt light set and a controller. The prompt light set includes at least two projection lights, and each of the at least two projection lights projecting at least one image upon being activated. The controller is formed a control relationship with the direction light set and the prompt light set, and the controller triggers the prompt light set when triggering the direction light to give a direction prompt, so that one of the at least two projection lights is activated at a side same as the direction light set is triggered. When in implementation of the invention, each of the at least two projection lights projects at least one image on a ground around a rider to give a prompt of a traveling direction where the rider is about to go to people surrounding the rider.
