Furnace cooling by steam and air injection
A system can quickly cool and de-pressurize a boiler arrangement under non-normal operating conditions such as loss of plant power. A discharge system injects into the furnace a combined stream of steam from a steam discharge system and ambient air, thereby both cooling components of the boiler arrangement and reducing pressure in the steam/water circuit. This reduces or eliminates the additional cost associated with providing extra capacity in a steam drum and/or an independently powered boiler water pump. The system is particularly useful for quickly cooling the U-beams of a circulating fluidized bed boiler during a black plant condition.
STEAM GENERATION SYSTEM AND STEAM APPARATUS
A steam generation system includes a water inlet pipe, an electromagnetic valve, a water pump, and a steam generator. The water inlet pipe is configured to convey liquid to the steam generator. The electromagnetic valve and the water pump are connected to the water inlet pipe, with the water pump providing power to drive the liquid through the water inlet pipe into the steam generator. The electromagnetic valve frequently opens and closes during operation, thereby creating a pulsed water flow into the steam generator. The steam generation system provided in this application can produce steam continuously and stably, with fast steam generation speed and controllable temperature, capable of producing high-temperature dry steam. The steam apparatus provided includes the aforementioned steam generation system.

Low water sensor testing device
A low water sensor testing device having an initial piping unit connected to a hot water boiler and also connected to a first three way purge valve unit, which valve unit is, in turn, connected to a T-shaped piping unit and affixed within the stem portion of which there is a low water level sensor unit with the T-shaped piping unit being further connected to a second three way purge valve unit, wholly equivalent to the first valve unit, with the second valve unit being connected to an adapter unit, in turn, also connected to outflow piping carrying boiler heated water via outflow piping to the heating system of a residential or commercial structure.
